Hi all

Did you give many Paula:) ?

Has any heard from Brian, he said he'd pop in on times, hope he and Mrs B are OK.

I know there are days when I don't switch on now.
I stayed in bed for 3 days cos I bumped my head falling on ice, and by golly don't head wounds bleed. It upset me more than anything and am now down to 9 st..... I can't eat if I am worried or upset.

I lost 10lb in the week after my mum died.

I was 8.7 when I got married and 9 st when I returned from honeymoon in Scilly. Gentle eating perhaps I can keep to this weight !!

hello everyone.
$andie,I do hope you are ok now,how awful for you and very scary.We have had 2 inches of snow overnight again.Hope it doesn't stay long this time.
As to the hugs,yes I did give lots but then I always do,I am a very touchy,feely sort of person and I think human contact is very important to us all.
Besides I love hugs and if you give one,you get one lol.
I expect you have snow too Maz although Gary has been into Durham shopping this morning and says there was hardly any snow there.
Hope Clare and Brian and their families are doing ok.

We had about an inch of to get up to yesterday, although it was a beautiful clear sunny day it was very cold.Thanks for asking Paula , I'm fine now.

some of the snow has gone from the main roads but the side roads are still very icy after minus 5 temp last night.Very cold today.Got to pick our Cara up from school so hope it isnt too bad walking
