Those blinking Helium balloons were huge !
A bit of a shock when I saw them, son and dau couldn't get them into black plastic sacks , so son had to come in to see that the coast was clear, keep hubby chatting whilst dau took them up to her bedroom :-D
I cooked a lovely meal and then hubby said about having cheesecake for after ( cos we all like that ) dau excused herself from the table without answering,so I had to follow her to ' ask her ' whilst she hurriedly lighting the candles on his cake to present it to him , he hadn't sussed :-D

We had about 1inch of snow by 9pm last night ,when I got up at 5amit didn't look any deeper , but it's cleared now. :)

Hi all~~

Had more snow again last night, but we haven't had any rain to clear it !
Main roads are OK , side roads bit iffy especially if no sun on them !
Pavements only usable with caution !!

It's looks pretty here too .....pretty awful !

I don't know why but everything has come to halt , yeah OK we've got over 6 inches of snow, but a snow plough and gritter would clear the whole town in an hour.
I think the council have pulled the plug ,cos we have an almost 180% view of main and local roads and not a gritter in sight.

Heck we've got to work much worse weather than this !
