	Well,I have lost one stone,but as you say its difficult now I cant do the exercise I used too Maybe I will slice off a few bits here and there before I go

Member Since: April 2005 Posts: 6,309 Send Message	tell them mo ..its not easy when its hard to exercise ..my OH gained 2pound last week when he went to hospital check ..they told him off .... mo hes cut all bread out ... and other things to .. and hasnt lost any for a month .. theres more to this weight gain than over eating imo...
