	oh dear I'm not on FB for Huia so had not seen this. I do hope that she will be alright, and soon back home sending her my love and best wishes xxx

	I saw that too Perse and came on here to see if anyone knew more. Hope she will be ok, she does seem to have been tired lately.

	It appears from Facebook that Huia is in Middlemore Hospital and has had a stroke. The chap who put it said " sounds like you will be okay and hope to see you back home later in the week" I hope she also gets or has one of those emergency bracelets. My cousin is recovering from a stroke, he did not have an alarm and was able to crawl to the phone and get an ambulance. He has an alarm now.

	It sounds as though you all had a great Christmas, in your different ways. so did we ............. different from what we had originally planned, but still very enjoyable. The weather on Christmas Day was glorious .............. sun and blue skies, but it was chilly. It rained on the other days ............ and there was even snow on the morning we left. Our friend was in good form, and the Centre was terrific with her.

I know about Sylvia xx Huia, you really do need a rest, saw your message on FB. I think I need to make a point of meeting up with you again. 	Hello everyone - sorry I haven't been here lately....busy, busy, busy. I'm sorry to hear that you are not well Sylvia. Take care of yourself before you look after your friend. I understand that she needs support but you will be no good to anyone if you are ill....that's me being Mother :-) And you Linda - make sure you take care. Good for you winning a nice break :-D Huia - you definitely need to prioritise. Being stressed isn't good anytime but continual stress leads to illness. Please take care. Amanda - your little ones are growing up so fast. They are all gorgeous and you must be so proud :-) I received a lovely card from our dear Tec. 	I went back to the quacks yesterday and am now on my third lot of antibiotics for pleurisy. Breathing in is very painful, so I have decided that only breathing out is the solution. I am sure that will sort it out :-)
