A man can never have too many wheelchairs :-D

I don't need another wheelchair - I've got four now :-(

That is very generous of people Sue, but all that stuff takes space. I hope that you can get more free storage.

When I came out of hospital, Social Services landed on me, and came running in with all sorts of things I didn't need.
I called them yesterday to get them picked up. They may be people out there that need them.

Tec needs another wheelchair Sue, so send him one

You know how men suffer with a cold - it's worse than anything. ;-)

I haven't even got anyone to hear me moaning :-0

So have to moan to myself.......but I don't listen :-D

It was very hot and sticky yesterday. OH had to go out but he told me to stay put. Later in the afternoon we had a thunderstorm and a little rain. Much better this morning although overcast.

We have had a donation of 3 wheelchairs, 2 walking frames and an old mobility scooter from a deceased estate. OH picked them up so today we are going to do an inventory and decide whether we need to approach the people who give us a free storage unit and ask or beg for another one. People are so generous but it's getting a little out of hand :-0

What a foul day that was, wet, very windy, and dark.
According to local road reports there were a few trees down.

I lit the fire, and curled up in my armchair, hardly moved all day.

Waited for the nurse all day, but she didn't materialise.
Phoned at 5-30pm to say she will come in the morning.
I expect that she had trouble getting round today, so is forgiven.
