Thank you Linda.

I agree Tec - you do need your chest listened to.

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 11 Jan 2015 22:02

Sue I hope that they can sort your daughter's problem out quickly and that she will soon be better.

I can probably get the nurse to get me some Amoxil which should kill the chest infection.

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 11 Jan 2015 21:59

I hope that your daughter picks up quickly Sue

Tec, why not ring the nurse tomorrow and tell her about your chest. Ask her to bring her stethoscope so she can check you over. If you get a bad chest infection, you won't be able to look after yourself, so don't let it get that far

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 11 Jan 2015 21:53

At least mention the shortness of breath Tec - sounds like you might have a chest infection.

My daughter is not well. She had to have an antibiotic injection and some tablets. Also a load of blood tests. Her OH goes back to work today (Monday) so she will ring me if she needs me. The children are old enough to be aware that their mum isn't well so they apparently played quietly all day.

Tecwyn Report 11 Jan 2015 21:47

She is coming on Tuesday, but she may not carry a stethoscope, I don't know.

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 11 Jan 2015 21:44

If you have a secondary infection, you will need antibiotics, get the nurse to listen to your chest when she comes in
