Children think logically - and often so funny.

Oh the pictures of Wales in the snow look very pretty - winter wonderland.

So glad I'm not out there. :-0

Yuk, the weather for the next couple of days looks dreadful, I am going to hibernate

That's hilarious Tec. When my youngest son was little he asked why a man was in a wheelchair. I told him that perhaps the man's legs weren't working very well. Just as we walked past the man my son said. Maybe it's because he is so fat he can't walk. I hurried him away very quickly. The man was very large :-0

Tecwyn Report 13 Jan 2015 22:36

That did make me laugh - grandfather sank further down into his collar :-D

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 13 Jan 2015 22:34

Well you should have been more careful. Have you remembered where you left it yet :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 13 Jan 2015 22:32

While eating my lunch, sat in the wheelchair, I noticed a small boy with a huge dinner in front of him, accompanied by his grandparents, on a table across the aisle taking sideways glances at me.
He whispered something to his grandfather, and was told to get on with his dinner.

Continued to watch me, then whispered again to his grandfather, who this time answered him quietly.

Whereupon, the little boy bellowed out all over the place "LOST IT"
:-D :-D :-D

I nearly spluttered into my coffee :-D

Excellent idea Sue :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 13 Jan 2015 22:23

I could pretend the missing leg is asleep, and the other one awake :-D

Did I tell you about the little boy in the restaurant of the garden centre recently observing my missing leg? :-D :-D

You could get your handyman to fix up a hammer attached to some gizmo on the bed head. Press a button and your out for the night. Of course you will have to deal with a headache next day.

Persie we have to deal with stuff being left at our house and having to ask when it's going to be taken :-( not happening so much now as OH was getting annoyed about his cluttered garage.

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 13 Jan 2015 22:20

I don't think half asleep and one leg is a good idea Tec

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 13 Jan 2015 22:16

Sue if my sleep pattern doesn't improve within a week I may see my GP, although I don't want to get into the habit of taking sleeping pills - been there, done that, and walk about half asleep next day.

A hammer would be quite effective, but no one here to administer it :-D

You probably had four of each of them anyway Persie :-D

A terrestrial tv ariel is not viable here due to being virtually at sea level, with a mountain between us and the transmitter.
So we have a sat dish - but we don't have Sky.

My eldest daughter borrows things, we never see them again.... one of our tents went eons ago..

I think my granddaughters are following in her footsteps..Maia took the footspa thingy ages ago, she had spotted it on top of the laundry cupboard and Anya has the treadmill.

The weather sounds dreadful, Tec. Good weather to stay home. Perhaps you need something to help you sleep - I know you probably don't like the idea but it may get your sleep pattern back to normal.

The weather here has been a bit odd. It is very humid which is normal for January but the temperature isn't very stable. Hot one day then comfortably warm with a sudden drop that is refreshing but doesn't last long.
