Hope all the up-abovers are sleeping peacefully, and deeply.


Tec ................ it could well be that your bed is in the wrong place ....... there was a theory that your head had to directed in one geographical direction for the best sleep.




We have boxes of daughter's stuff in our basement ............ from school and uni ............ and we get "Don't throw my stuff out. I want to keep it, but I don't have room in my house."

BUT ............. she is about to get a shed load of stuff from our friend on the Island

Our daughter was her husband's goddaughter, and both R and J were very close to our child. Sooooooooooooo .............. 2 years ago, J asked our daughter to make a list of anything and everything that she would like to have "when the time came".


Being an artist, paintings and artwork were much desired, but also some furniture ................


now that J has sold the house, she has very little space to store stuff, so it is going to be professionally packed in the next 2 or 3 weeks, and sent across the country.


I think my daughter is going to have a shock when she sees how much will be arriving :-)

I can put it on automatic pilot :-D with sensor to take me home :-D

It is a difficult problem for you, but we don't want you going to sleep when out and about in charge of a mobility scooter :-D

No I haven't been asleep all day, been quite busy actually, but I easily drop off when sitting here in the evenings because I am naturally very tired.

If this persists I may see the doctor, but I don't want sleeping tablets, that are very addictive. I take enough junk already

I am still not sleeping, was awake all night last night. Can't understand it.
I have a theory that the bed is in the wrong place, but I can't put it anywhere else.
It's the hospital bed that is longer than an ordinary bed.

I may still get rid of it and buy my own adjustable divan that is normal size and can go where my bed used to be.

OH is slowly clearing out his garage but that means he is tidying not throwing out :-)

I've been tidying up my gardening stuff. I put some old dirty pots out the front of the house and they were gone in an hour. I then went into the garden shed and cleared out a load of bits and pieces, put them on a FB page that I am a member of and promptly made $70 :-D

Who me? What have I done now, said she innocently :-D

True, all the pens my dad had, goodness knows how much writing he was planning to do

I know it can be a nightmare - sometimes 50 - 60 years of collected junk. The big stuff is easy, it's all the small stuff is the problem.

It took me ages to sort mums bungalow out, mainly dads garage and sheds, so I try to keep that in mind and not hoard stuff here
