No tomorrow is Monday, it is only Sunday evening

Poor Persie must be delirious

I will stock up as it looks like going downhill from Wednesday onwards, and if it's bad inland nothing can get to us.

My daughter and SIL visted the Duchess today, as she tends to get more confused with more than that.

I had better go tomorrow going by the forecast.

The Duchess told daughter that my bad leg is caused by playing to much football :-D

When they play Rugby Sevens here in Wellington, people all wear fancy dress and there is a lot of singing etc. It is just one big party.

No, tomorrow is Monday :-S

I think you should stock up Tec, it looks like it is going to be horrendous.

Did you see the Duchess today, or did your daughter go

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 25 Jan 2015 22:38

I think pensioners get free travel on Welsh buses here, but have to pay when the bus crosses the border. :-(

There is no free rail travel in Wales - but pensioners get a reduced rate on the trains from October to March

No Pers, I don't think I've ever noticed it on here.

I've just asked OH. He says it is on here sometimes. I will look out for it!

Do you watch the Rugby sevens, Jem?

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 25 Jan 2015 22:33

I think I'd best go out tomorrow, there are a few things I want, and my brother is visiting on Tuesday.

Persephone Report 25 Jan 2015 22:32

Didn't Sue do well thinking on her feet like that ;-)

I get pensioners rates re haircut and movies.. and our we can play on the trains all day for free. There is one part of Auckland that you only see if you go on the train.

Hiya Pers :-) :-) <3

I did some pre-match specials on my Autumn Series Welsh Rugby Thread, using music, comedy, rugby great moments, etc from both Welsh culture and whatever team they were playing that particular week.

There was some great music on the New Zealand Week! :-)

Thank you Jem - it's a lovely song and Peter Allen sang it so well.

Hi Persie :-)

Persephone Report 25 Jan 2015 22:21

The Seekers are a hit over here, very well liked. Listened to a radio interview with Judith Durham a couple of years ago.. she is a very interesting person.

Seafood for breakfast would be lovely.. how ever it was coming up for 10am when Tec put the barbie on and so they were my elevenses ..

I am sure there are a few Aussie flags over here that they can put up. We can probably sing Advance Australia Fair which is more than quite a lot of Australians can do. ;-)
