I've been busy all day , food shopping , hospital visiting ( first cuddles with Odin ) , allotment ( in the rain and cold wind ) . It's nice to be sitting by the fire and resting !

Linda , I hope your OH is feeling better soon and that little Eve is laid to low with her poorly cold .

Oh well spurn my dinner, see if Icare :-|

I never liked to eat in bed. Hated having to in hospital before I could up.

Maybe you will have to invite someone in for dinner this evening lol.

Himself has been in and out of bed like a yo yo all day, currently has gone back to bed. Daft man should have stayed there, but he hates to eat in bed, so gets up for meals. Not that he is eating much. I have to put the roast on soon, I might as well cook it, but I cant see the point in cooking all the veg when he probably wont eat it

I don't blame you for staying put, I had to go out to rescue one of the lids from the water barrels which had blown off and the wind was icy

Glad that himself is well enough to be up and dressed, that's a good sign.

Poor little Eve, I hope her cold isn't too bad.

I just didn't feel like turning out in the cold to go to the pub today.

We had a nice chat with the girls this morning, Eve says she has a poorly cold as well

Shame about missing lunch at the pub, but when it is so cold,it is just nice to stay in

The wind has dropped here. It is sunny now, but bitterly cold.
I was invited to the pub for Sunday lunch, but can't be bothered, so I'm going to light the fire, and catch up on some paperwork today.

That is true Linda.

Trouble is there is an inexhaustible supply of recruits coming out of Pakistan - they have a very thorough training programme.

I think the world is going to have to get a lot more heavy handed with them, because the air attacks don't seem to be stopping them.
