	You are allowed chocolate when you're not well, it will aid your recovery by lifting your spirits, and is good for the soul :-D but.......you don't have to eat it all :-(

	There are lots of things here I have no use for now, so it can all go. I am very pleased the ulcer is healing - those things can go one of two ways. The thing is this time that I'm not on my feet, unlike before when I was running about like a headless chicken, that didn't give anything a chance to heal.

	I get three delivered at a time and put two in the freezer - much easier, especially now. The nurse came - things are improving. She lives in a farmhouse with a big inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, so I gave her a vacuum thing I had for vacuuming the ashes up. It was no use to me, I can't carry the thing around now.

	They are, but we get through three large cartons a week, so it is easier to get it form the supermarket

	There is a milkman here, although he doesn't call here. He's from a local dairy farm. I suppose I ought to support him, but I get the four pint cartons delivered from Asda, it's only 89p. I know the farmers are getting a raw deal from them though.

	Put a notice on the front door "Do Not Disturb" in case the milkman or the postman knocks :-D

	I had to get up early again to go to the doctors, that is not on. I can sleep in tomorrow, apart from having to tend to OH of course

	Cosy here too, I have a nice fire. Sleep is the best thing to do when you feel awful.

	Brr, it is still cold, but all is cosy in the house. OH is proper poorly, he is just dozing all of the time, probably the best thing to do

	I had to venture out again to get some more paracetamol, I took the car this time. The air is just so cold, but nether mind, it is going to get warmer tomorrow. Warm enough to give us snow for the next two days, yippee
