I've just told OH what you said about looking for pots. He growled something under his breath and I don't think it was very friendly :-0 :-D

Sue , when we evicted the mad man from the allotments last year he left behind a few fantastic pots ................they live in my garden now ;-)

Thank you all <3 Yes , the hospital erred on the side of caution , it is a massive relief to know that Orion is okay . They look so vulnerable when they are pre-term , I've never had to deal with such tiny mites before .
Our other daughter was round today with Poppy-Rose , she looks like a wopping big baby ( which is daft because she is only 6 weeks old ! ) , she smiles and makes little noises already :-)

I've seen pots for sale complete with dead plants in them - makes them heavy to move because of the soil in them.

You must never stop looking for pots Sue :-D

What a worry Amanda. We had a couple of moments with our twins. The staff seem to to extra vigilant with premmie twins. I'm pleased that all is well.

Thank goodness things are alright with Orion, better to be safe than sorry though, if there was any doubt. A bit of a scare though for everyone.
Odin seems to be doing well.
They have the summer to grow and look forward too, although they won't know that of course :-D

Yes the internet is very useful sometimes, giving us access to all kinds of things. I never expected to make contact with our friends again after all this time :-)

Oh goodness Amanda what a scare for them, I am pleased that he is OK and they will be reunited soon

Yes I think most of my bits and pieces will go out with the garbage although we are doing some decluttering.

I have found some of my old terracotta pots at yard sales with half dead plants in them. Also our local tip has a recycling centre and I've found old pots there.

Tec , it is good to see you elsewhere and am so pleased to hear you have tracked down a long lost friend . The internet really can be a fantastic thing :-)

We had something of an emotional roller-coaster going on yesterday .
The shout went up mid morning that the hospital was sending Orion to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital ( they being better equipped etc ) , baby had thrown up a couple of loads of dark green vomit , I believe they suspected some sort of blockage in his digestive system . An x-ray had proved inconclusive . Daughter was distraught and felt torn in two , Dad followed Orion to Norwich with his sister . The news soon came back " all clear " and he has since been fed again and kept it down . He should be heading back as and when an ambulance is available to bring him . Odin is off his drip , out of the incubator and feeding well :-D

My daughter also says that I'm caught in a time warp :-D

well I'm happy surrounded by my junk :-D wish I had more space :-D

I wasn't ill when I said I would do this job. i feel better today, so hopefully I won't get it
