I'm off to bed now,

Sleep well Linda - keep warm,

Enjoy your day Sue, Sylvia and Persie if you look in,

Goodnight,

Please tell Joel that I'm also proud of him, for his courage. Well done, or da iawn in Welsh.
Pronounced da yown in English, also means very good. :-D

Sue's photo's are good - she does try to promote the area.

I must get busy with my tablet taking pictures

My sister has had two weeks off work, she went back this week, but now she is feeling just as bad again. She has a dreadful cough

So far Esme is lucky,as it is a syndrome they vary a great deal, but it is one constant round of hospital appointments, even for her.

They have started on the sleep medicine, it seems to knock her out, but then she is wide wake in the middle of e night. They are going to try giving it to her when they go to bed instead

Viruses tend to be rife here in September/October. We are due our flu injections in another month.

You would think with all this very cold weather, that there wouldn't be so many bugs about

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 6 Feb 2015 22:47

Is your sister feeling any better Linda? I will certainly tell Joel you are proud of him.

I have been reading about Esme's condition to better understand it. It would seem that so far she has escaped some of the more serious health complications.

We have Autumn to look forward to. I do love Spring but Autumn is lovely too. It's softer than Spring.

The mountains must look glorious with snow. I've been looking at some photos that Sue has put up on her B&B site. How lovely they are.

Sorry, I was just going to say I was off to phone my sister, when she rang he.

Sue, tell Joel I am proud of him for taking part in the swimming.

It was very sunny here this morning, but with a hard white frost

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 6 Feb 2015 22:35

I had to go out to fill the coal bucket today - it was raw, and I came in perished to the bone.
The hills and mountains are covered in snow all around us.

Never mind it's nearly March, then Spring will come :-D

I can't imagine it being too cold to go in the garden. Even in the middle of winter it is generally still warm enough to venture into the garden unless it's raining or we get high winds. At least I can tend my pots.

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 6 Feb 2015 22:26

It was bright and sunny here, but very cold again.

I can't wait for warmer weather so that I can get out in the garden again :-)

Well done England - bad luck Wales.

Another dull day. Warm enough but no sun :-(

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 6 Feb 2015 22:08

Congratulations to the English team,

even if they've broken Welsh hearts tonight.

Tecwyn Report 6 Feb 2015 21:59

I look silly standing on one leg :-D - like a stork

Well done Joel - he has courage and has to be admired. He did his best :-)

Tecwyn

Wales 16 - England 21 :-(

That wasn't supposed to happen :-|

Well stand on your own foot - Archie doesn't count :-D

Joel competed in two races yesterday. He came last in both races but we're so proud of him for giving it his best. He's very pleased with himself.
