Just try to be careful Linda, and try not to overdo it.

I am off to bed now as I am tired, but at least I didn't nod off :-D

Enjoy your day of rest Sue,
Enjoy your coffee Sylvia,

Sleep well Linda,

Goodnight Tec :-)

I didn't bring my knee brace because I haven't needed it recently, I wish I had now, but I just have one more day to survive until I go home on Saturday

great minds think alike!!!

I was also wondering about a knee brace for Linda :-)

one of my FR connections lives in Bundaberg!

They had major flooding only a couple of years ago, weren't they?

Linda - have you got any kind of support with you to wrap around your knee to relieve the stress?
Hope you last the course.

The friends that I found after many years also live in the bad weather area, so I hope they will be safe.

Had an e-mail today from the Duchess's sister who is touring Vietnam - having a wonderful time, but find Hanoi City a bit overwhelming with volume of people, and scooters :-D

The weather will be warm just wet, Linda. I was thinking earlier that your knee must be sore with all the running around you do. OH thought that perhaps a knee brace might help when you know you have a lot of walking to do.

We quite often get some rain when there is nasty weather up north, Sylvia. We are rather concerned about OH's sister and her husband. They live in Bunderberg and will certainly feel the full force of the cyclones. LadyScozz will get some nasty weather too :-(

We are planning a day out to a museum which is very good for children. The only problem is that my knee is really playing up, so I am just hoping that I can last the day out

I hope it stays warm for the campers Sue.

well, it was supposed to rain here today ............... but the sun is shining, although there are some dark clouds around!

The plants are really confused here ............. we've been having temperatures more typical of mid- late March, so all kinds of thing are popping their heads up.

Market gardeners and farmers are really quite worried!

Hello Sylvia, :-)

We had heavy rain overnight, and this morning, but it was sunny and bright this afternoon.
Tomorrow is supposed to be very wet again, but I'm not going anywhere.

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 19 Feb 2015 22:44

I'm sure that they will have fun whatever the weather, though it would be much nicer if it's sunny and dry.
I know they have a threat of bad weather up in QLD.

So you are on strike today? :-D I don't blame you.

I felt quite tired this afternoon after a couple of busy days, so sat down, lit the fire, and didn't move except to get some tea.

Sue ..................

there's some horrid weather very close to Australia ................. will you get rain from the southern edge of the cyclone?

I have cousins and friends in QLD, but I don't think any of them are as far north as the big hit is going to be.

I guess most of them will get very wet.

Hope their roofs are in good shape :-)

Linda can be scarier than any ghost when she hasn't had a good night's sleep :-0

My daughter, SIL and children are going camping with friends this weekend. It's not shaping up well weather wise :-(

I've decided - I'm not doing a thing today :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 19 Feb 2015 22:30

Will have to tell the ghosts not to disturb Linda :-D

because she is a ghostbuster :-D and gets violent if disturbed :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 19 Feb 2015 22:28

Well if there are ghosts - I have lots of questions to ask, searching questions that they may not want to answer :-D

I don't want to go anywhere where I can't get a good nights sleep

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 19 Feb 2015 22:23

I know you find that hard to believe as I'm a usually a very quiet person Linda :-D

There has to be ghosts Tec. Moaning and dragging clanking chains. What fun :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 19 Feb 2015 22:18

I don't know Linda, but with its history, I wouldn't be surprised.

Just hope they're not noisy - all that moaning in Welsh :-D

LindainHerriotCountry Report 19 Feb 2015 22:12

Yes we can go ghost hunting. Is it haunted Tec?
