He said I have to do them every advert break, but there are no adverts on BBC, so does that man I don't have to do them

Well, if the physio said that you can do that exercise sitting on the sofa - then that's what you do :-)

but he might have said that the best place for certain exercises is on the back doorstep.

You never know with physio's what they might suggest, and I speak from experience.

I have been doing two of them just now because they involve sitting on the sofa :-D

You will have punished your knee while down South, so the type of exercise the physio wanted probably would have been pointless.

Now if you're happy then perhaps it's time to do the exercises again.
I think you should mention the exercises when you eventually get to see the consultant.

Oh dear I had better start doing my exercises again. I had been very good until half term when my knee was very swollen. It is settling down again, so I will be good

Well - had I been any kind of a gentleman I would have offered to make the coffee.

However, I was being cruel to be kind, as I felt that your dodgy knee needed to move off the sofa, and get a little gentle exercise going to the kitchen and back :-D

You know it makes sense ;-)

I would think that Facetime is very good to use with children, and if children were involved then I might be tempted.

Otherwise, I am quite happy to use the phone for family and friends.

I haven't really got going on FB yet, but will do, especially when I have some photo's to put up

I use Face Time which is the iPad version to talk to Eve and Esme. It is brilliant for that. Esme gave me a lovely smile tonight.

I sometimes chat to my sister, but it is not the same with grown ups, the phone is just as easy for them

Twice in the last two days people have asked me to go on Skype.
I did have Skype set up on my last laptop, and used it to talk to my daughter.
Haven't bothered with this one, and don't want to really.
