It is still all peaceful here. The girls are still asleep, I think their dad is as well, which is bad as Esme is very late for her feed. Oh well, I am not in charge of that today.

I will keep looking for a message to see what is what

It's stopped raining at the moment, but very windy.

If you were thinking of catching the ferry to Ireland, you can't, because it's cancelled :-D

OH said that it is raining at home. He had intended to go to the allotment this afternoon, but called it off.

It isn't raining here, but it is decidedly nippy outside. Esme went to sleep at midday after she came back with her dad from he hospital appointment and playgroup he takes her to on Monday morning. They are both still asleep so the house is peaceful

Oh dear - poor little Eve - just as well Hanma is there, and poor you with little sleep. You will have to cat nap when Eve is asleep.

I hope Esme is better, and that Eve improves today.

I have been, the weather was atrocious, but I made it without getting blown over.
Now awaiting news, though I am prepared.

Horrible day here, horizontal rain, and gale force wind. Not the day to have to go out.

She woke up at one, two, three, four, then was up for good at 6.30.

She had a temperature in the middle of the night so I gave her some Calpol, she looks a bit grey this morning, but doesn't seem too bad

Edit at 2pm, she went back to sleep at 10am after more Calpol to reduce her high temperature. She had a couple of hours awake, but has now gone back to sleep. I have one poorly little girl to look after

I think the light from my tablet is disturbing vEve, so I will switch it off and have a very early night.

The air bed they have is a king size one which pumps up to knee height, so not like the camping variety. It is too hard for my liking, I like a nice soft mattress.

You can snore in unison :-D it could be quite musical.

air beds are notoriously uncomfortable. I remember them from camping days :-0

I hope that Eve has a good night, so that you can too.

Although I expect she is easier to settle than Esme

I was going to watch that but Eve declared that she was going to have a sleep over with Hanma tonight. I sleep in the lounge where the TV is the sofa makes into a single bed, I have a memory foam mattress topper, so the whole thing is very comfy, far better than the air bed we sleep on when OH is here Another part of the sofa is like a chaise long,so she is asleep on that

She is snoring away, I hope I don't wake her with my snoring

I will watch Poldark on the I player when I get home

Oh well. it'll be cold pork sandwiches for lunch for few days then :-D

I am going to watch Poldark this evening. See what they've made of it.

We were having a pork joint for dinner tonight, so O H has it all to himself. I also made an apple and raspberry crumble as well, so we will have all that as well

Mary Poppins always arrived with immaculate hair :-D

Eve will feel better now that Hanma is there to give her a cwtch.

Enjoyed my lunch of roast beef, and lemon meringue pie.
Now don't have to ponder what to have for dinner.

Apart from putting the re-cycling boxes out, I have done nothing.
The rain stopped at lunchtime and it has been sunny all afternoon.

Esme is very snotty, but otherwise OK. Eve looks poorly, she has a bed on the settee and is watching a cartoon movie at the moment.

Good to see that you are still going out despite the rain. You could just open your mouth when you are outside and get more water in that way.

Esme is ill as well, so there may be the two of them to look after. Daddy normally looks after Esme on a Monday,so could have looked after Eve as well, but Esme has a hospital appointment on Monday morning. If Eve is still ill he couldn't take her along to the hospital hence the call to hanma.

Eve sounded really poorly last night, she is much brighter this morning, but still has a high temperature. Esme was still asleep last time I spoke to them, the knock out stuff they are giving her is definitely working. My daughter is starting to sound almost human again now she is getting some sleep.

I will have my tablet and mobile so will still be in touch wherever you end up

Hanma has been summoned = impersonating Mary Poppins, in her Nanny outfit, complete with enormous carpet bag, containing all manner of mysterious things.

Eve will of course be better by tomorrow, but it's a jolly good wheeze to get Hanma down to play :-D

I hope that you have a smooth journey. It is lashing down with rain here, and has been all morning. Travelling East, so you are bound to run into Welsh rain on the way.
Mary Poppins always carries a large umbrella.

I am going out for lunch, so hoping the rain will have stopped by then.

I am up at an ungodly hour for a Sunday morning. I whave still had my bacon buttie though :-D

I have just been booking a train ticket to London. Eve wants hanma to come straight away because she is hot. I am sure she thinks it is just around the corner, not that I have to travel the length of the country.

Hanma is of course going straight away, well on the 1.30 train, which will guarantee that Eve will be right as rain by tomorrow morning. Oh well, good job we can afford the full price train fares.
