ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Who's cage have I rattled now?? the point I wanted to make is that I get sick of all the hype about people who really don't matter very much, perhaps to family, but not me.

When my son died, we had a nice quiet PRIVATE funeral for family and friends.

And it was conducted in a dignified manner, not the obscene parody that we have had all over the media this week.

And he managed to father his own children!!!!

Are you going to suggest that MJ was more important than anyone else //

****MO***Rocking***Granny**** Report 8 Jul 2009 17:24

Although I was not a great fan of MJ,except for Thriller
I thought his daughter very brave
The children have been sheltered, and to get up before thousands of people and say that, must have been very frightening for her
I do not think it was pre-planned,as they all thought Janet wanted to speak

Anina,
I assume that you have evidence to PROVE your allegations. After all a court of law couldn't.........................

I have never believed the accusations made against Michael Jackson....not for one single solitary moment.

Annina it may be that you think he is a filthy pervert...that's your perogative but I think you should remove your remarks from this thread and start one of your own where you can slag MJ off all you want.

I thought the memorial was a fitting tribute for a very talented and gifted man.

I've taken off my 'cynical hat' today and think the remarks made by Paris about her Daddy were spontaneous and from her heart.

I now live in hope that the family will be left alone to mourn in peace the loss of a son, brother and daddy.

Annina, That may be your thoughts, but it was never proven in a court of law. Also his children cannot be classed as such,or do you include them as in "The Sins of the fathers are gifted on their Sons/Daughters".Its amazing how many people say things about others when they are dead (Knowing they cannot be Sued for it.).So why do it. He,s dead .End Of.**M**.Ps. and I did,nt like his type of Music.

Has everyone forgotten that MJ was a filthy pervert that the world is best shut of.

I am sick to the back teeth of it all, and they cancelled one of my fav progs for it.

I think the kids should have been there.
My Son was not quite 8 when my Mum died. I went along with what my MIL said, that he was too young to go.

To this day he say's it wasnt fair,he wanted to say cheerio to his Granny. He also said he felt left out of it.
There was also the big mystery of what went on at the funeral etc.

About a year later my SIL father died so I took my son along. He didnt know the person but I thought it would let him see what went on.

Why on earth should the children not be there??????

There has been so much talk about if the children were his biological children but in my opinion they are his children in every sense of the word he has been with all of them since birth and by all accounts a very good parent in trying to shield them away from the media. Not so strange that he would ask them to wear masks when out in the public when he was worried that someone would try to take them from him.
i hope that they all stay with the grandmother and Diana Ross steps in when needed and that Debbie Rowe does as she has in the past and stay away.
Such a sad sad time for all the Jackson family.

I watched it from about five. I've cried loads and have a head ache now. Paris is a beautiful little girl. So sad those kids have lost their daddy.

im so proud to be a Jackson, although not related , i even share Micheals mothers name, but with a slight difference, hers is Kathrine mine is Kathryn. i feel honoured.

Gypsy Report 7 Jul 2009 22:41

She made me cry too.
I don't think she was told what to say, One of the brothers said that Janet wanted to speak, So he didn't know it was going to be Paris until Janet moved the microphone down.
I think it finally hit home that to those children he was simply 'daddy'.

I sat and watched it from 4-30. Just as his little girl started to speak...a friend came to the door.First thing she said was she was sick of MJ.
So, I recorded the last bit. OH is now watching something so I will have to wait :((
I thought it all went well though...I wish somebody told the sons to stop chewing gum though lol
