Yes the venom on this thread has been breathtaking.

Accusing people of having mental health problems is another example of that.

Anyhow........that's my lot for tonight........I don't care enough about MJ enough to enter into a debate about the rights and wrongs of his behaviour.

Nor do I know Annina well enough to vouch for hers.......can only call it as I see it.

As for Kate..........there's nowt wrong with her intelligence ** or education ... far far from it.

To be fair Muffy, I don't think "filthy pervert" is in the top ten of useful phrases for a balanced discussion :)

Personally I think the level of debate sunk when you accused someone who disagreed with you of strangling cats in their spare time.........

But that's just my opinion :0)

In the 80's I thought MJ was great, did go off him as he became stranger thought

I watched the memorial and did find it strange to see a memorial before he had even been laid to rest, but each to their own....................However not for one single minute do I think he would have wanted his children there in the media glare.......
He has protected them ( strangely with masks but protected them never the less ) I don't think he would want them to be put into a situation that will take their childhood away from them like his - and last night could just be the tip of the iceberg unfortunatley for them

Have to agree with you there Uggers. False accusations can and do happen.

"No smoke without fire" is one of the most pointless and meaningless of expressions - anyone can accuse anyone of anything and there will always be stupid people who will trot that out as if it's a justification for spreading rumours about people.

Annina to be honest I am still undecided whether he was guilty or not.
A huge part of me thinks he was just a big kid who enjoyed the company of children in a completely innocent way.

Hay, don't waste time sticking up for me, Iv'e got thick skin, after burying two of my children you learn.

I do think that we perhaps save our sympathies for our boys and girls out at war getting killed every day.

Lets face it, they have earned it, and for very little reward.

And don't forget,all you who think the sun shone out of MJ's backside,

Jordan Chandler wasn't the only accuser. I doubt if we'll ever know the truth either way. some people will believe he's innocent, others will believe he's guilty and yet others will keep an open mind on the subject due to the lack of evidence available.
