Hope your both feeling a bit better today, certainly been a bit cooler here on the South Coast and l hope you both have had a restful day. Both of you take care and anyone else with aches and pains, hope they ease. x

Hi all, It's been a lot cooler here today, an ambulance came for one of our ladies yesterday, hope it wasn't the heat, we are all complaining of it. We are on the top floor and the heat rises, it's lovely when it's my wash period, laundry room is on bottom floor and is cooler. Hope it's been cooler for you all

I haven't heard from Joyce yet but she was telling me the stockings are the tubular bandages type and she rolls them on then turns them back down so they are double thickness.

It looks like it's getting ready for a storm, it's turning muggy and getting very dark, hope it doeasn't lighten, I don't mind the thunder but hate lightning. Hubby says it's started raining now.

Mummo, I hope your mums op went ok and you have an answer.

Hi all Joyce has just rung me and Rachel has rung the hospital, they told her if it gets worse to call an ambulance straight away. We think labour may have started, poor Rachel she'll be glad when this baby comes. Of course Joyce is worrying but there's nothing she can do to help.

Morning all, no news yet either text or pm, I'm sure Joyce will let me know as soon as she can, even if it's to leave a message on answer machine if your looking in Joyce.

It's a lot cooler here this morning, hope it stays this way, it's been much too hot for my liking, in fact I prefer winter and I know I will be shot down saying that lol.
I had a good nights sleep, pain usually wakes me but didn't last night, I feel better for it, wish Joyce could get one nights good sleep instead of being woken all the time with hers.

The stockings she has to wear seem to be helping, but she is not well in herself yet.

Hello all, poor Joyce has pulled a muscle in her back, doing what we all do instead of waiting for hubbies, she lifted a heavy grill onto the shelf. I told her yesterday she needs putting into a paper bag and shaking up, might sort her out, just joking Joyce, it made you laugh yesterday didn't it.
Her daughter in law is very ill and it's effecting her son, so of course Joyce is worrying over that, but we all would wouldn't we.
We haven't spoke on phone today but she will ring me if any news of Rachel.
I think that's it, this fibrofog is pretty bad at moment, can't remember my own name sometimes lol.

Hi folks, I think Caz, you might mean Joyce's friend's daughter in law is very ill, but maybe I am getting it wrong, I know Joyce worries about everyone.

Shame about the pulled muscle, why won't you stop and think Joyce, as you are doing yourself more harm than good being so determined (that's a polite word for stubborn lol)

No Liz, it is her son's wife who is ill, but you are right in Ann's daughter in law is ill with the hernia, so she is worrying over both of them.
Joyce rung me to say Rachel has started with pains in her stomach again and the hospital says to ring if they get worse, she still has the twinges in her back they have never stopped.

Dutch, I'm sorry to hear that you have pulled your a muscle in back, hope it will soon get better.
It will be lovely when Rachel has her baby. You would think that the hospital would take a bit more notice of her. Try not to worry too much, Dutch.

Thanks Caz, I had a call from Joyce around 6ish, I told her she has to keep her leg and foot raised more, she said even with the bandage/stocking on, her foot is very swollen. What can we do with her?
She explained about her son's wife, I had forgotten about her health problems hence thinking you'd got muddled, mind you, I have to concentrate hard when I am talking/ listening to Dutch lol

Hi All, I spoke to Joyce earlier but had turned puter off to go lie down. Still no news of Rachel, Joyce hasn't heard from her, seems this baby is playing a game.
It's a lot cooler here today and we have had the heaviest downpour for a long time, the little cobbled street outside our windows looked like a river.

I'll be back if any news comes my way from Joyce.
