	I REALLY want a washing line for my garden. It doesn't feel like home without one :0)

	Two blackbirds (Pete & his mate Petra) talking about farmers the other day: Pete - " Farmers are odd people". Petra - "What do you mean?" Pete - "Well, you remember last Winter; the ground was frozen solid & we could'nt find a bit to eat. The famers came out with a bucket of oates & scattered it out on the hard ground for us to eat". Petra - "What's funny about that?" Pete - "At harvest time, the fields are full of oates & when a few of us fly down to help ourselves, out comes the farmer - shotgun cocked - to frighten us away from his crop".
