Silly Sausage Report 19 May 2009 17:34

I was just reading Dolly Derk’s thread when it went….I must say he has a brilliant command of the English language. So refreshing to see after Tiaonise mirror txt back slang and that’s just my grammar.

Yeah thanks Uggers....we lost an opportunity to run a book on when you'd be back LOL

We actually DID place bets when Rambling Rose left once, and I won. LOL

Brobdingnag is a fictional land in Jonathan Swift's satirical novel Gulliver's Travels occupied by giants. Lemuel Gulliver visits the land after the ship on which he is travelling is blown off course and he is separated from a party exploring the unknown land. More plot details can be found under A Voyage to Brobdingnag. The adjective Brobdingnagian has come to describe anything of colossal size.

Above courtesy of Google!

I take exception to the comparison, cos whilst I aint sylph-like I wouldnt say I was colossal in size)))))
