Jac Report 17 May 2009 17:53

Now I LIKE rice pudd. but only out of a can! I cannot stand the stuff that comes out of the oven with a "skin" on it! yuk yuk yuk!

Not that I would want it every day mind....................just once in a while so I can convince myself that I am having some sort of quota of whatever the stuff is that is good for bones in older ladies! (just forgot the proper name....................I suppose that's because I dont really like oily fish) ))))

Nice to see I am not alone in the Uggers Fan club lol...

back to blancmange... when I was little my mum used to buy chocolate blancmange powder... it was ' Brown and Polson' but I never wanted that one because I misread it as 'Brown and Poison' lol

(the strawberry ones were Birds I think )

Having looked in, in spite of not being able to "see" the whole story, I have to say that David is one of the best.
He will always see a wrong put right., I know from personal experience on these boards and will always be grateful.
I'm in his fan club.

Had to come on here to say hi to Jeanette. Other than that the only person I saw upset Shimms was S*****, can't imagine that David would say anything inappropriate on a support for a bereaved person thread so can't comment on that. Wish people would just stand back and take stock rather than dleting themselves and making a grand return!!

I've just seen 'em - lying there, covered in dust!! boxes of the stuff, untouched by anybody since 1953! Blancmanges that is, in Morrison's. 44p for a box of pink and white ones and that other stuff mentioned (the sweet stuff) boxes of that as well.

The Angel Delight shelf was almost empty))))))

Hello Jeanette - nice to see you above love - I was only wondering about you the other day - nicely wondering that is - when I was playing B Ferry Esq. ))))

I've missed all the fuss yet again so can't comment on anything to do with it but I would like to say that " blancmange" happens to be one of my favorite words.........it is most satisfying if you say it several times in succession..........particularly if ones face is really relaxed as you pronounce the "blanc " part . I had to be nudged in the ribs by one of my off spring for saying Blancmange to loudly in Asda only last week.............lol

And they aren't only pink you know.....no one ever mentions white ones.....lol

Waves like billio to Rox, McAnne and David ~~~~~~~~~

It's all Mandy Blake's fault! She dragged me over to FB for a chat and I'm quite liking it. I've read people maoning about them changing it but I'm actually finding it more user friendly. Think I might use it more often now :-)))))
