Yes you can buy the raspberry leaf tea in normal shops, I know twinnings make one.

Cher did the bouncy ball thing too they let her use it during labour in the hospital.

She is very good at the sleeping bit Hayley..........but she is only a teenager and they are all good at that.........lol

As for the " nesting " she spent a lot of time last week cleaning the boyfriends home ( not a bloomin' sign of it here though........lol )

if she hasnt started nesting you have not a hope in pray......she will be awake during the night her sleep wil be disrubed...just waking up for nothing....she will have the urge to clean and clean and then sleep ready for labour...thats what I did...

I remember having a bounce on a bouncy castle the day before I went into labour........spoilsport owner at the mother and toddler club objected though :0(

They do recommend bouncing gently on a big ball.........*no-one say a word!!*

I've been wondering if I should get back the space hopper I bought for my Grandson at Christmas ?........Rach could bounce round the garden on it for a few minutes ( after eating the curry and drinking the Raspberry tea ).

OK....*makes list.....

Ginger, Coriander, Tumeric, etc etc for making very hot curry...

Raspberry Tea (preferably organic)

Those elasticated slippers for anyone who has bunions..*ahem.....in all shades...for the pacing......

DVD of Morecambe & Wise doing the breakfast to the tune of The Stripper...a good laugh works wonders, I just read:-)

Whale Music...for defo.....very calming and you can both go ommmmmmmm in time to the music.....

Am off to do **oning....please send telegram if there is any movement:-)

Muffy I know what you mean.........I was eight days over with my second baby ( my only son ) 22 years ago.......and I still remember the last few days of misery lugging that load about...........lol

Well I hope there's some movement soon.

I well remember being a week over my due date nearly 6 years ago now......and your daughter has my sympathy. 40 weeks is more than enough !!!

Jax.........is the Raspberry Leaf tea sold in " normal " shops or is it a health shop I'd need to buy it from ?............we've heard about the Pineapple thing but I think you have to eat seven whole ones in one go.........she isn't up for that.............lol

Ive just spoken to my eldest she reminded me she drank raspberry leaf tea and she ate fresh pineapple both of which is meant to relax the pelvic muscles.

As for the stubborn grandchild I dont call her the blonde horror for nothing lol

she gives us all alot of joy though :o)
