Thanks Sue, sorry to hear that Daff is weak but maybe that is partly down to not eating and partly down to not being able to exercise and build up muscle as well as her illness. glad she was bright for you though and lovely to have a friend staying.

Hello troops :-D

Called in to see Daff on Saturday and her friend from years ago who she worked with was staying for the weekend :-) Both she and R were clearing leaves and branches in the garden when we arrived, the trees have been dropping their leaves all over the garden.

We all went in together to see Daff and she was reposing in her usual place (minus cats for a change). Daff's friend and I share the same sense of humour so poor Daff had insults in stereo ;-)

Daff is very weak physically but boy she hasn't lost her ability to come back with a suitable retort :-D :-D :-D

Hopefully the extra help in the house will give R more 'cosy up' time instead of 'chores' time which will be wonderful :-)

She sends her love to everyone and says thanks for your continued messages.

Daff is back in clinic on Wednesday so I'll update you after that.

Its bloomin fresh here this morning and misty, can't even see the Kymins:(
Madoc has had his walkies, Vics now walking a neighbours dog, l'm doing me usual...bum stuck to seat at computer whilst l drink my first cuppa.

Brisket just gone in oven having a blast then turn it down and cook for 8 hrs:)))) after adding mustard and b/pepper seeds + garlic and an onion:)

we are shouting for wales today
i have fond memories of when i lives in cardiff
and could hear the rugby suporters singing on a saturday afternoon
while i was shopping

I gave blood for years until my HB became unstable its not hard to do and the biscuits afterwards are always very yummy .
Gald daff is home and resting again

Daff had to stay overnight in hospital receiving extra blood boosts. Anyone who hasn't donated blood please think about doing so. People often just think units are needed after serious accidents but that's just not true.

She's home again now but very tired and who wouldn't be?

We are due in Cardiff this weekend for Melissa's fund raising so we will call in :-D we'll only stay until I have completely knackered her with my drivel :-D
