Thank you Cynthia, we have all been hoping Sylvia would come through fine. Please tell me what your avatar is? I am not sure I like those white bits. Ooooh, I have suddenly realised it is either a chimp or an orangutang with its hand across its eyes. Am I right?

Thank you Cynthia for letting us know about Sylvia, we were wondering how she went on. She has done very well by the sound of it, will you give her my love and tell her I am thinking of her. Thank you for your concern Jean and Sally, it shook me up quite a bit but I'm not too bad now. I am going to the Range with my warden near dinner time as she wants quite a few things, and so do I when I think of it so I shall get stocked up. I should be starting my Christmas cards but my brain has gone into hibernation for the time being. Sally I hope you are starting to feel better now and getting on with your cards. Hello to all I haven't mentioned but there are so many.
Love Caz xx

Caz, glad to hear that you are feeling better after your fall. Enjoy your trip to the Range with your warden,....I'm sure you'll find what you want and a lot more besides.lol!! That's the trouble going to these craft places, we always end up coming away with more than we went for.
Thank you, yes I'm feeling a good bit better than I've been, at times I have force myself to do things, but I'm getting there.
Cynthia, haven't spoken to you for a long while, hope you and your family are all well. It's nice hearing from you.

Coooee girls. What wonderful news about Sylvia, thanks very much Cynthia for updating us. She is such a lovely lady, and we have been so worried about her. Please send her all our very best wishes, and gentle ((((((((HUGS)))))))))).
Sallie, monday nights darts was a complete disaster for us, we lost 7-8. I did win my game in the singles, but did not start to play the game till 10.55 pm, that is absolutely rediculous. My friend Eve and myself, have been placed at positions 5 and 6, so by the time we get to play, it is in fact past my bedtime, so my concentration has gone. Still only one more game in this league, and I shant be playing for them next year, I cant be having to sit and wait for a game since 9.00 p.m. it's daft I could be at home having a nice cup of tea.
Caz it's good to hear that you are up and about again. Now dont go overdoing things. Did you manage to buy lots of crafting bits at the range. I bet once you have bought them, your mind will go into overdrive, and your card making will progress very quickly,as you will want to see what they will look like once made.
Have you all had the rotten rain that we have had all morning. I did my washing first thing, thinking I would be able to put it out, huh... that was a joke, just as the machine was finishing, the heavens opened and it chucked it down, just my luck that is. lol
Still keeping up our chain of good wishes for Sylv's 000000000000000000000 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 00000000000000000000000 Get well soon lovely lady.

Hi Mo,
Sorry to hear that your team lost on Monday night, as you say it was very late before you and your friend played your game. Surely the people who organises the matches could do better, he/she must realise that by that time of night the majority of people are tired and not able to concentrate as well.
We've had it dry here today Mo, so have been able to get the washing dry, thank goodness. It won't be long before we are back to striggling to dry it indoors again, oh I hate having to do that. Sorry I'm just an old misery.lol!!
Wonderful news about Sylvia, I've been really worried about her so was happy to hear the news from Cynthia. As you say Mo, Sylvia is such a lovely lady and we shall miss her while she's away, I always enjoy reading her posts, they are interesting and informative.
I spoke to Joyce earlier, she has asked me to pass on her get well wishes to Sylvia and to tell her that she is so pleased that it all went well.
Well I have to go out now, so I might look in later on.
Take care everyone.
Love, Sallie.xxx
Continuing the chain of love and good wishes for Sylvia.

Good news about Sylvia, I did add to the other thread to say I will keep her in my thoughts.
Good to see you are all OK, I have peeped in occasionally but the wireless connection has been a bit unpredictable here.
Caz, glad you are recovering from your fall and hope a good spend up at the range gets you back into card making mode.

In case you should pop in again Ann. I hope you are both enjoying yourself. Whats your weather been like over there, it's been very hit and miss here. More miss than hit, where the sun is concerned. How much holiday have you got left, however much you have, enjoy it.
Sallie you have been lucky, being able to get your washing dry. I did manage to get the towels etc out for a while this afternoon, but I have left the rest on the clothes horse to dry. Hope to speak to you later. Love Mo xxx

We have just had a torrential rainstorm, after a lovely dry day. Did anyone else see the sky last night, we are in West Yorks, it was beautiful, the whole of the sky was red and pink, it's a long time since we have seen anything like that. I only came on to put the chain of love on for Sylvia, lol. 0000000000000000 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <30000000000000000

Ann, nice to hear from you and hope that you are having a good holiday. Not sure when you are due home, but it seems a while since I have spoken to you. Anyway hope that you and T enjoy the rest of your time away. Take care.
Caz, it's been dry here all day, but just as we were coming home from Jennie's it started to rain, so I'm sure it will carry on that way now.lol!!
Did you manage to find what you wanted at the Range? If you did, hope as Ann said, it will get you back into the card making mode and are able to sit long enough to be able to make some.
Mo well at least you managed to get some things dried. It's very tiring running back and fore the washing line all the time though and sometimes easier and a lot less tiring to dry them on the clothes horse.
Well, I'm going to make a cuppa now, so will speak to you all soon.
Love, Sallie.xxxx

Thanks for the latest news on Sylvia, Cynthia. I bet she is having real bad withdrawal symptoms, not being able to get on here and chat away to all her friends, and we are happy to counted in amongst them.
I am loving the necklace Huia, you are such a clever clogs love. It's the arty side of you coming out. lol
Must go for now, be back later. Love Mo xxx

Hi, we go home on 28th Mo. The weather up until now has been glorious the whole time but today is a lot cooler (23 degrees) and cloudy with a light shower. Shame it was the day we chose to put washing out so that is not going to dry.
Pleased to hear that Sylvia is home, hope it won't be too long before she can type again.

Hi Girls,
Thank you for passing on the message Cynthia. It's great news to hear that Sylvia's home and doing okay. Hope it won't be too long before she will be able to type with more than one finger. Also hope you are well, too.
I was out nearly all day yesterday so didn't get to have any time on here. Today I've been to Derby, to the craft shops there, but couldn't get what I wanted, so it was a bit of a waste of time. Alun will have to take me to the Range this evening to see if I get what I need there. I have a small pad of the backing paper that I want but I need the next size up....the trouble is a lot of the popular Christmas backing papers and crafting stuff are going quite quickly now, so I just hope they will have some left at the Range.
Ann, good to hear that you and T are enjoying your holiday. Not many days of your holiday left now so enjoy the rest of it. Take care.
Mo, did you play a darts match last night? I'm pretty sure you joined another team earlier in the year and play matches on a Thursday.
Caz, hope you are feeling a bit better after your fall and are managing to make some Christmas cards.
Jean, hope all is well with you and are still feeling well enough to make your cards.
My friend and her husband have just arrived home from holiday today. They have been to Llandudno for five days, they really liked it there....a friend of theirs told them before they went that it wasn't very nice there so be prepared not to like it , so I think that they were pleasently surprised that it was so nice there.
My friend was telling me that they went into a big craft shop there, so I'm just wondering if it is the one that you like to go to when you are there. She doesn't make cards herself but likes knitting , so not sure why they would have gone into craft shop....unless of course they also sell wool.
Marie, Huia, Betty, Dutch, tess and anyone else I might have forgotten, I hope you are all okay. Thinking of you all.
Continuing the chain of love and best wishes to Sylvia.
