	Hello Jackie I found the poem earlier and it just struck a chord.....I'm not in the first flush of youth by any means but I intend to grow old disgracefully...lol...sounds like a good organisation you've got over there, and I'm sure there must be the same here somewhere....I have a friend who comes in to the office to see me a few times a a week and she's in her 70s and she's always off somewhere, keep fit, the pub with her hubby, she has a small cleaning job and looks after her mum who is in her nineties!!! She's fitter than I am because I'm stuck behind a desk all day...lol.. I love the truths, they're all relevant...see you later... Barb xxxx
