Update 2

Hi everyone

Dormouse is still in the Emergency Unit, in a proper bed now which is equipped to keep her in the position she needs to be in.

It seems almost certain that it is a blood clot (bless her), D is waiting for CT scan; her family presumes this is what it is because they said she needed a scan and they only have a mobile MRI scanner on certain days.

She had a Heparin injection, is seeing her Consultant tomorrow.

Will keep you updated.

Oh bless you all, thank you everyone.

These messages are so caring, kind and more, will be printed off and sent to Dormouse who so needs us at the moment. I'll turn them into a pretty document with green/blue edging, birds of different species too as, bless her, she's a Twitcher and luvs birds.

LATEST UPDATE

Have heard from her family this morning who are quite understandably distressed.

Dormouse was finally seen by a Doctor at 1.00am, admitted at 1.30am into the Medical Emergency Unit, given all sorts of test, seen by another Doctor at 4.00am.

They are taking her down for a Lung Infusion (not sure what that is).
