	Salukis look like short haired Afghans.........really elegant and beautiful looking dogs............. Yeah I've read they are very gentle and shy.........as for thick......hmmmm .....i got my poodle on the understanding that they were the second most intelligent breed behind collies.............er ............NO lol not in our Scarlett's case anyhow. I love my Collie ...........she IS very clever and loving.......and I love my daft poodle too...........even though she's a bit thick lol.......but I have room for another thicko in my life lol xx

Member Since: December 2008 Posts: 12 Send Message	Hello all. I love saluki's and collies. Always had collies they are so wonderful, the fur gets everywhere though! Saluki's can be a bit thick sometimes and a bit shy, but the same can be said for collies. Sorry, but a beautiful blue merle or tricolour collie always gets my vote! Still think husbands and smal children make less mess though!! : - )
