It is such a relief to here you are safe Mick, and still retaining the sense of humour.

We suffer with fires here, but on a much smaller scale. They also tend to be started deliberately and due to the terrain are difficult to contain. If no houses are involved they tend just to let them burn. very scary when you see them.

Thank goodness for Elvis and all the firefighters at these devastating times.

Just got in from work and popped in to see if there is any news.
Pleased to see you are okay Mick. And so sorry for your neighbours. Will people like them get any financial help, to get them back on their feet? I'll go text my daughter now, as she will be wondering how you are too.
