	Kit Kats that have melted and gone all soft 'n yukkie. Kids that run around in restaurants annoying every other person apart from their parents - because they're nowhere near the parents table.

"Press 1 if you had nothing else planned for the next 15 minutes and/or want to strangle somebody" etc...... And that's if you can actually get through after 20 minutes of Greensleeves and 'your call is important to us' .... (feel much better now, good morning everyone)

You drive up 30 seconds later, when the light turns red and you have to wait for nobody to cross because they are now 50 yards up the other side of the street! Grrr!
