Cath, Glad you are now a 'proper' Gran and managing to enjoy the wee ones. It must have really worn you down at times.

All our family , including my son , are heading for the mountains later in the week.
It's one of my granddaughters birthday on Friday. So it's head for the hills and have some fun. Friday night we are going to 'The Enchanted Forest' Light show in Pitlochry. .

Stephen I love my grandchildren desperately but with working mornings and having the 4 of them in the afternoons until 6.30 I was too shattered to think straight at the end of the day. I feel like a proper granny now instead of a childminder, lol :-D :-D :-D Also the house is much tidier and the food bill has almost halved. My daughter is enjoying having more time with them now she works 9-2 so can fetch them from school.
Time to disappear back to my tree,

If it's any consolation, I have had problems getting on here as well. But as you are feeling so poorly, it's bound to tire and frustrate you.

Just to let my friends know. I am still around but have been so tired. I keep falling asleep. not been well at all. I would have thought by now coming off the chemo tablets I would be feeling a lot better.

I have not been out for over two months.cannot go far. I have been by car to the hospital and thats it.

I hope everyone is keeping well.?
I have a job getting on site. I have to sign in. my subs were due they told me not to worry I didnt have to do anything they would do it altermatic. if they dont then i will not be coming back on the site as I dont feel up to all the trouble you have to go through again to renew. so if you dont hear from me your know why.

Yes I managed to get on today, surprise surprise.

Huia, you did get your new aids about 18 months ago. I reckon they have lost your original notes, and thats why they didn't know about them.
It's a shame they couldn't swap the ones you have got, for a newer version, without you having to pay for them.
You will have to make yourself a plackard to wear round your neck at the reunion,
saying that you are not being rude if someone speaks to you and you ignore them,that you are a bit hard off hearing, and perhaps they could just tap you on the shoulder to make you aware that they are talking to you. I am sure folks would understand, after all, most of them know you dont they love.

Cath, I bet you dont know what to do with yourself, now that you are not doing the school run.

Marilyn my winter jumpers have been out for a couple of weeks now. It's been to cold not to wear them, and I aint gonna freeze for no-one.

Stephen, I am sure at least one or two of our friends could supply you with a wig to go and get your hair styled, if you so desire. ;-)

We have both been for our flu jabs today. The nurse asked me if I had had my pneumonia jab, and with great delight, Roly told her I hadn't. So that is now booked for the 7th of November. Oooh he is a sadist. lol

Still no news from Rita <3 <3 <3 hugs for her.
