You must use VERY LIGHT WEIGHTS and VERY HIGH REPITITIONS if you want to lose weight.

Do the routine as fast as you can without losing posture or causing strain.

That way you burn off the calories but also achieve good muscle tone and stamina.

Honest....it works.

Must be building muscle as I gained half a pound this week. Why? No idea. Trying really hard. Especially as I have a bunch of diabetes checks coming up next few weeks.

Bit dull again but need to food shop later so no doing much.

I tried to photograph the eclipse within the last hour. Too much cloud, just the odd glimpse of the eclipse, none of my photos is much good, and now the sky is blue with just the odd fluffy cloud. Off to visit my OH today as my head shave has been postponed for 2 days.

A bit nippy down here today. But not as cold as yesterday.

I went past the Cenotaph yesterday, and took some photos. The poppy wreaths were beautiful. Also the little wooden crosses were put on the inner step. Brought a lump to my throat, again.

Morning friendlies
Back from my gym session

Had a lovely day out yesterday in the New Forest. It was bright and dry.
Today it is dark and trying to rain.

Made some more tiny hats for the Special Care Unit, using up ends of wool and they are quite sweet and so many babies are in the unit, some short time others for much longer.
