Very busy at work, and it is going to get busier!!! No too tired to come and see you all.

No I love winking, I think it is very saucy!!!!

I used to run and hide behind the settee when I was a little girl, when Liberace used to end his show with a wink, on Sunday afternoon. Used to make me Mum laugh, as I thought he was only winking at me!!!! lol

The only thing I have seen on Black Friday is to do with Amazon and they are have some cheap items on sale?

Better day yesterday, at least it was dry and the wind dropped. But more is forecast for today. Hope everyone keeps dry.

Went to see Sebastian yesterday. He has cut his first tooth, but he has pain and didn't settle very well. So they might have had a bad night. I finished a pair of bootees for him while I was there they look like shoes, so his Mum was happy. Oh he is crawling now.

Hi all just popping in

Teri is still in pain. so dont know if will end up at the hospital again or not. Going over later for weekend.

Man just come to fit bit thats been changed 5 times i think now. Dont have the other bits were to fit, so have to wait until i hear from them when it be. But this guy was bit more with it thn some of the others. I told him about when i just put hot water on to heat up my rads come on as well. Which also has been going on since i moved here. Said thats not right. Had alook at white box in the cuboard that has been changed 3 times. And said he is going back to have a word with boss and look back on my records to see what has been done. So w3atch this space :-D

Now do i go to Teris tonight while its dry or do i go in the rain tomorrow. If i stay here i will have bit more time to myself. If i go over tonight i am up making things with Caitlin until about 11 tonight then up at 5am. :-|

A Wee Chuckle for the day

A police officer sees a man driving around with a pickup truck full of penguins.

He pulls the guy over and says,

"You can't drive around with penguins in this town! Take them to the zoo immediately."

The guy says okay, and drives away.

The next day, the officer sees the guy still driving around with the truck full of penguins -- and they're all wearing sunglasses.

He pulls the guy over and demands, "I thought I told you to take these penguins to the zoo yesterday?"

The guy replies, "I did. Today I'm taking them to the beach!"

Evening all
Just back from our youngest daughter after a lovely meal, also saw their puppy cocker spaniel.
The weather is awful, high winds on the way there and hoping no trees came down in front of us. Now it is raining heavily and so many lakes all the way home, rivers running down the sides of the roads too. Thank goodness we have a four wheel drive higher up than the Jag.

I hope everyone is safe and no-one flooded out tonight. Take care

Good Thanksgiving ..everyone !!

I have been away to another venue with my sister ....had a great time !! :-D

We are celebrating thanksgiving with our USA friends on the deck, so we are all cooking like mad today, I 'm doing the puddings they are cooking the turkey American style ( Frying in a huge pan) ughhh ....cant wait to see that !!!!!!!!!! .

I do draw the line at Pumpkin pie.......I hate it :-S

Hi all

Well what a week. I got a very bad cold. My son Duane went in hospital Monday for an eye op All ok
Then Tuesday got a call saying my daughter Teri had been rushed to hospital. Well was in there until 7. Dont test and scan on her. She had very bad pains right side of her lower tummy. Said it may be appendix but after scan said it wasnt, So gave her pain killers sent her home. Well next day went to doctor he sent her back down to another hospital, Again test done, But they said its could be bladder infection, so gave her tabllets and told to go home, Well so far so good.
Well i have now come home so i can try get rid of this cold and now bad cough. As i am back over at Teris over end.

Well heating, That went again so had them out, I was booked for bits to be changed yesterday but had to cancel that. But phone just now and they coming tomorrow to do bits. It came on today, so at lease i have hot water as well. So see what happens when they have changed the bits yet again.

After they had talked for a while, the counsellor said,

A week later the counsellor received a call from the husband,

“Well,” asked the counsellor, “how are things going with you and your wife?

“How should I know?” said the husband. “I’m thirty-five miles away.”
