Morning Folks !

A cold Arctic wind is blowing rather strongly this morning. :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P

Linda, That's good news about your brother.:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

I think a day of rest is in order. Feet up, laid back, waited on hand and foot by Lady Stephen, an all over massage, etc. Then I'll waken up and the dream will be over. ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)

Will need to check the forecast for the next few days and she if it's worth heading off for a wee break. No point in going if the weather is to be bad.

Everyone will still be recovering no doubt. Our digestive systems certainly take a hammering at this time of year. :-| :-| :-| :-| :-| :-| :-| :-|

Have a good day ya all !

Keep well , keep safe , keep smiling. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

My brother went home from hospital this afternoon. Yippee.
Will wait until he is settled back home and the rush of visitors is over before we dash to see him.
But feeling much better now.

Had a lovely day with both Grandsons and their parents. A lovely time was had by all.

Tomorrow we'll see our youngest with her new man and his 2 girls. She has to work so for early evening meal, yet another !!

FIL still here. Might be seeing friends for tea and cake in the morning(one way of using it up) Then Friday before we take him home will pop in on our son to show FIL their house as he's not been there yet. More baby cuddles if I am lucky.

Lots of photos today. So many memories

Have a giood night everyone

Hi everybody.

Thank you Mo and Stephen for keeping in touch with John and thank you Marilyn for letting me know the sad news.

I'm truly upset about Rita passing away, she was a good friend and I'll miss her so much. I hope she didn't suffer much and hope she's back with her beloved husband, John.

Marilyn, I remember spending ages trying to find Absalom but he seemed to have vanished into thin air. If Rita catches up with him I hope she gives him a piece of her mind for disappearing like that. All her questions will be answered by now.

Stephen, sorry to hear about your coach, will you be going to see him?

We seem to have had a lot of sad news on here lately.

Linda, it's a shame your brother won't be home for Christmas but it's better that he stays in hospital if he isn't quite well enough to go home. Maybe a few more days will do the trick.

I've just looked at the clock.................. it's Christmas Day!!

Hope you all have a warm and peaceful Christmas. <3 <3 <3

Edit: Yes, Stephen, Brent had his Christmas party last week and he enjoyed it, he even ate his dinner. :-)

Hubby loves his retirement, he wishes he did it years ago. It couldn't have come at a better time for me because I couldn't have coped without him being here. I'm sort of getting used to having him at home all the time now. :-) :-)

Hello everyone, Christmas eve and still lots to do, no rest for the wicked.

My thoughts and prayers are with Rita and her family, such a sad time for them.

Stephen, sorry to hear about your Gymnastic coach, not the kind of news you want to hear about someone who played a big part in your early years.

Linda, hope your brother is feeling better today, it must be disappointing for his family if he has to stay in hospital a little longer, but it is best that he is where he can be monitored and get the care he needs after his operation, am sure he will soon be home with you all.

Marilyn, I am sorry you are feeling so poorly, hope you are resting and keeping warm.

(_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? (_)? tea or coffee anyone, am just having a strong coffee then off to see my horses.

Hope you all have an easy day, and wish you all a
MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.
Take care and stay safe.
