This is a nice friendly thread, is it alright if I join you all?

My name is Gill and I live in the North West of England with my OH and my daughter. I am my daughter's carer, she is special needs and my OH works full time, so it's just the two of us most of the time. It would be nice to have someone to talk to occasionally if you don't mind?

Sandra, my daughter, is into Christmas in a big way and can't wait for the big day. We have already bought a few things, I know it's a bit early, but it makes her happy which is the main thing :-)

iv been at this new job a year now and it is very tiring

Haven't been on here for a while,hope every is ok.

We had a short holiday at the end of July to Amsterdam, really enjoyed it. We was hoping to go to Canada as it was our 25th anniversary but OH's father has been ill and in hospital so we didn't want to be across the other side of the world if something drastic happened.

Hello Mo and Maddie and others, I still read but have trouble posting, getting the error message too often.

Hello there Maddie. I think this thread is suffering badly from neglect. I do still post on just Jeans thread, but this lovely thread gets forgotten by us all, it's not just by you Maddie.

The only regular poster is Yvonne, bless her, she must get really fed up talking to herself.

I wonder what has happened to Shelly, she's like the invisble woman, and Stephen only pops in on the odd occasion.

Jeniwren is a busy bee, looking after all her animals. She now runs a donkey sanctuary, as well as the horses and pony's, and has about six dogs. I do speak to her occasionally on the phone, and she is bearing up, but over worked, but then she does thrive on work doesn't she.

Well folks take care of yourselves, hopefully we will get back together soon.

It must be nearly a year since we lost our lovely Marilyn, how soon the months have gone.
