Hi George nice to hear from you glad your going see Foggy give him our kind regards and tell him we hope he will be out soon.

Hope everyone else is on the mend.

I went to get my perscription this morning and went through a third degrees some one I had not seen at the chemist gave me my warfarin tablets then wanted to know when was my last blood test ?when is my next ?what my readings were ? for the warfarin test. did I have a book on keeping account of the percetages.?
I said why,the questions we are checking on these things now. I told all she wanted to know I said I dont keep a book being told you must ask the Doctor or the hospital..
I said they told me I didnt need one I have a letter come back telling me what my reading was and what tablets I should be on and carry an emergency warfarin card about with me, incase of accident.
all this time there was queue which stretched to the door I counted the people as I came out 14 in a queue njo wonder people get annoyed at having to wait about.

I have just got back from London, been at my sons house for a couple of days.

I am still around but have little to say at the moment
Mum is still in hospital, but they promise she can come out for the funeral on Friday.
I have contacted two distant family members. Thank goodness for research, it really helped.

Weather seems OK so far today.
Forecast wet tomorrow. Hope it's dry on Friday, really don't need rain.

One of our cars goes in for MOT today. Checked it over and left a wee note for the mechanic to do two jobs on it. After that it's up to the MOT tester.

I havent seen the post by Wend yet, but she did ask me if I thought it would be a good idea to organise it for next year, and I agree it would be a great idea.

I may go if it doesnt clash with anything else. I would love to see Mo and Yvonne again. Maybe Rita and Marilyn will venture forth this time.

How's Foggy........... any word from George yet? Doesn't look like George's been on, maybe he's at the hospital visiting Foggy.

I understand there was a bit of trouble north of the border last night. Three vandals causing havoc.......... and for some weird reason they were all wearing black pointed hats.

Maddie, you won't believe this but we've been sitting sunbathing at our beach today. Walked from Whitburn to Roker Marina and back in beautiful sunshine. It was so hot we sat at the Cat & Dog steps and sunbathed............. along with dozens of other bewildered people.

Oooh darn it, I missed all the fun last night.
I had to rush Roly up to the doctors,he was in so much pain, I thought I would have to dial 999 for an ambulance.
The doctor thinks he has got Kidney stones, so he has got to have what the doctor calls ( an emergency scan) well we will wait and see on that one.
But if he gets the pains again, I am taking him straight to the hospital.
I then had to go out and leave him, as I had darts. I had my mobile switched on, just in case I had to dash home and get up to A+E with him.
He wouldn't hear of my staying home with him, hmmm something told me he was trying to get rid of me. ;-)
He seems a lot better today, with the help of pain killers.

Is anyone going to come along to the Victoria meet, at the beginning of next year.
Wend has put up a post about it.
At least this time we know the ins and outs of a meet don't we Maddie and Yvonne.
Hopefully George and Foggy will be able to attend as well.
Talking of Foggy, has anyone heard how he is? and George has been missing as well.

Rabbits Rabbits Rabbits for the first of the month

where had this year gone ????? my daughter will be 59 the end of the month and it amazes me. the years have gone so quickly.

It was dark here when I got up it was infact pitch black it didnt start to get light till 7.30.I do hate that the mornings are so dark.

Hope everyone is keeping well those that are poorly will soon bve feeling better.
