Hi Pauline missed you today I went through on the last date and so miss the conversation. hope your got things in ready for your Christmas ? . My Waitrose has it silver christmas tree up and all the decorations the shelves have got low on normal eeryday food but you can buy anything for Christmas Crackers, Christmas Puddingstinned biscuits and sweets.£10 for a Dehlia Smiths cake the thing is it only the cooking ingredients in the box you have to mix it and cook it yourself
Hi George and Foggy nice to know your still around on here. hope your feeling a little better Foggy.
Linda sounds to me as if your blood pressure isnt too good maybe your doing too much in a rush. you need to slow down a bit. dont want to be ill for Christmas.

Afternoon everyone Well it's been an adveturous day today. Woke twice in the night with that awful dizzyness again. So appointment to see the nurse at the Drs. Lost a filling last night at daughters so appontment at the dentists too. I was given the same tablets as back in June for the balance problem, might take 6 weeks to clear if it doesn't back to them for a change of plan. Then to daughters more painting etc. We are getting there slowly but surely and they both seem pleased with what we have done. Dentist was OK had a temporary filling, need a permenant one on 15th Dec, if we aren't too busy sorting out a wedding reception. BUT I nearly fainted in the chair ooops!!! As she lowered me backwards I came over all "funny", sat me up and gave me some water. Then I was OK but didn't go back so far for the filling.
Back home now obviously, feeling a bit flushed and not quite with it.
Have a nice evening everyone

Morning all, it isa bit misty this morning but I think it will lift later.
Marilyn the DFHS Book came yesterday morning and they have a new project they have asked people in Devon to take photos( digital) of graves in the church yards they dont want the church photos just grave stones the name on the stone. and the church yard and the area. The photo coordinator will upload them at intervals onto members Area. I might find some of mine come up. so I am looking forward to that starting up. They have put a piece in about my missing Absalom. I was surprised as I did that at the beging of the year the offer of a free death certicate they missed out.
Jean thanks for doing the breakfast I had toast and marmalde this morning. I have a terrible cold I have no idea how I got it.? but I have been sneezing since I got up. and my nose is red. I better watch they do not grab me to play father Christams or Rudolf.
have a good day. I am going to take my tablets now incase I forget.
Pat I am reading a book called "Into the Wilderness " written by Sara Domati have you read it ? it is about life in the Outpost of America in the 18th century. it is very good I am a quarter of the way through it has 870 pages.

Afternoon I took a short cut and went through on last date. I have not been out this morning accept to take the recycle stuff out for the dustman to collect. I have managed to write my Chrstmas cards out, and sorted the Christmas presents out for the family. so that is another job out of the way. trying to email my dentist has been a nightmare four times my email was returned a failure yet it went though eventually but still heard northing.
I have been waiting to see if one of my grandsons postings come through. I am praying it is not Afganistan again. he is in the Royal Engineers and gets shiffted all over the place.he looks so smart in his dress unitform .
I wish they war would be over in Afganistan all these young men cut short in their lives .I feel sick when I see another soldiers face appear on the TV been killed. I use to send parcel out to the young men. I knew their regiments and the were rifle men from Yorkshire they lost so many of their regiments I use to sit and cry. This is the first year I have not sent anything out.

And so life goes on. !!!!!!!!!!!
