Just back from the gym. Well that was exciting did all the running cycling and rowing, then the alarm went off !!!! Maybe we all worked to hard and overheated the equipment? Well after standing around outside, it finally stopped and some cicuit training was back on, but we decided to come home and maybe try again tomorrow.

Off to the dentists after lunch. Then to son's with a chilli. Saves getting take away, cheaper and healthier too.
