I have been busy playing Words With Friends on Face Book, with a good friend of ours on here.
She sent me about six challenges at one time, boy oh boy my head was spinning, as I was also playing two other people at the same time.

I've just got back from the gym. I'm waiting for my tea which is in the oven.
I managed to get 12 bottles of water for £2 :-)

Stephen I had a a holiday in Skegness ages ago. All I can remember about it was I had a massive hotel room to myself and the ground was very flat.It was a bit windy there.

I didnt eat for ages due to my having teeth filled. but I opened a tin of Scotch Broth for my dinner. it was lovely I had a peach and then a pear to follow that and a cup of tea. to be honest I was typing and felt faint I dont know why . my son said it was because I had not eaten > so thats why I did the soup and fresh fruit.

It has stopped raining but it is cold. must put two pairs of knickers on tomorrow to keep warm lol.

Marilyn push some of Pete's clothes out of one wardrobe and put yours in. lol
I have two wardrobes one in my bedroom that runs along the wall four doors. then a small one in the small back Bedroom I change over the clothes winter and summer go in the wardrobe in the small room. but I dont have lot of clothes now. but both wardrobes are full..
I take a lot of clothes to charity. to the Hospice shop.

I have been to the Dentist had two fillings done she took three x-rays
I have to go back in 6 months time for a check up.
I was there longer than I thought having treatment 1 hour and half..
My sister must be having hers done now. she goes Private while I go NHS,

Marilyn you get some good buys at Matalans my daughter takes me there when I stay with her and I have brought some really good items
we dont have a Matalans here nor a Wilkinsons or Marks and Spencers
I have to go into Guilford for Marks and Spencers the other I have to wait till I go to my daughters in Hayes.
I am longing for a drink but have been told not to eat or drink for an hour. my tounge is hanging out on the keyboard.

I wonder if George has brought a lot more food. I hope he has not eaten all those burgers he got..

Oh Dear Linda ....I'm on a very strict diet.....BIG TIME !!

So far I have lost 2lbs from last Thursday !! whey hey !!!!!!

Rita, I only have ONE wardrobe ..Pete has TWO ! but I do put either Summer clothes or Winter clothes in the loft .

I also give a lot to Charity every so often but I do buy very inexpensive clothes mainly in the sales its very rare for me to buy full price.

Just had a job altering up my grandsons dinner suit he has to wear one for tomorrow night he's only 15yrs......got it at Matalans only paid £29 they where selling them off ,what a bargain !!, it was just the job only needed the trousers taken up.

Back from the nurse................... she was not too pleased that I had gained weight !!! LOL but was quite understanding when I said I was just back from an all inclusive holiday and New Year and Christmas. BUT I am on a new me plan and will loose weight from now. I have to for my health. Back to see her in a month.

It is so wet here this morning that the grass man couldn't do his treatments so will need to rebook when it is drier. So much for the DROUGHT that was on the news yesterday.
My friend is popping in for a cuppa this afternoon. So I had better run the vacuum round before lunch.

Marilyn that hotel must be the one they were going too I dont think there would be two Hotels burnt down like that in the same place..?

Londoners have different acents. some are real cockney and you can hardly understand them, the others are just London accents like " you silly Moo " or" silly Cow " just two examples. lol I came from just outside London. and you can hear it when I speak. whereas my sister speaks posh lol she went to a Catholic Grammer school.then on to university. while I went to a Girls School.

It is still raining hard here George I had to take the bin bags out to the commercial bins and was wading though water

Marilyn how many wardrobes do you have with all the clothes you buy?do you take over Pete's wardrobe as well.?

I think you might need waterproof clothes for you trip away. .

So I think I'll just do some research for my American friend,her grandmother came from Lancashire and she wants to have all the streets that they lived in so she can visits them when she comes over to the UK ...I had to tell her we do keep old historic buildings but rarely old houses especially old colliery houses ..LOL

Rita.....That Hotel that got burnt down last year was called Tantons it was burnt down by a person that was unstable mentally, it was in Bideford North Devon.unless there was another Hotel that I am unaware of that got burnt down !!.

Stephen morning to you where do you get these laughs from because they are a real laugh to me makes my day.
I have tried to get a presavarion order for my body but they told me it isnt worth the paper they would have to write it on.

Huia my dog Ben when I lived in Norfolk use to get ticks all the time off the long grass from the fields I would get little bites and they were very sore and itched terribly use to hunt for his ticks and remove them with tweezers. mine I used calominlotion.
