Morning all,
chilly start today. Not that I'm going out so it won't matter to me.
Work on the bedroom is progressing well and I'm hopeful that the decorating will be started in the next day or so.
Managed to work on my tree for a while last night and found OH's GG Grandfather who has proved somewhat elusive so that was a good result.
Lots of info to check out but its looking promising.

Nice to have sunshine we had some rain this afternoon here in Surrey

I made a big apple crumble it will last me for days lol.

I have been playing about on Facbook my sister in Law sent me a birthday card through Facebook I tried to write a thank you on her wall.it did not work. it just said press key to enter. but there was nothing their that said enter. I tried pressing and pressed enter on my keyboard that has not worked either so I will have to wait and ask my daughter when she comes over tomorrow.

We've got bright sunshine today.............. we were supposed to have wintry showers. Not complaining that they got it wrong though.

Pleased to see you got your cottage rented so soon, George, and well done to Foggy for fixing it up for you.

Rita, it's ages since I had apple crumble, could just eat some now. If you have any left over............. just send it down the cyber hatch.

I've got company coming tonight so I suppose I'd better do some house***k. :-(

I'm sure I can think of something better to do though. :-)

Hope all the Freindlies are well, all on my own today, OH and son have gone to fil to do his garden, they're hoping to get some of it done before the rain starts.

I've been catching up with housew... and wash... ( I don't like to swear lol )

I've had a few days off work cos it's been half term, go back Tuesday.

Rita I love apple crumble and custard mmmm, I think I'll make that for pudding tomorrow

Linda your busy then with all this rushing about. my daughter and husband are coming over tomorrow as it is my birthday 81 dearie me where has the time gone. I celebrate the same day as Prince Andrew. but dont have his money or his youth. lol.

George have a good day. it is forcast rain and getting cold. it has started to blow about since I got up at 7 o'clock this morning.


I am going to post a couple of cards off then come back and make an apple crumble,. I was going t make that yesterday but didnt feel up to it. then.

quiet so far here. hubby out walking the dog then have to get food in, have my brother and family to dinner tomorrow and youngest has her birthdat on Tuesday so need lots of fresh veg etc. then need to do some banking. Friends coming for lunch but a quiet evening.

Rita you're such a busy bee, all those appointments. Hope the bloods settle down soon.
I have to crack on with the renovations today, lots of sanding down and new skirting boards to fix to walls. OH is rebuilding the airing cupboard and putting in a stainless steel cylinder which will hopefully outlast us :-S

Haven't been on as have been busy moving my gear to Sarahs place :-) :-) blinking hard work.
Having the furniture put in storage next week as have been able to rent out my cottage, got a brilliant rate as well :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
Foggs managed to fix me up with a corporate rent before he went off on his joint :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D
