i have been spending a lot of time on ancestry as i need to catch up on all the new records and i have been on a monthly billing and will be stoping my subs again very soon i have saved a lot of info that i will need to put on my tree once i dont need to pay and maybe ill give it another 6 month befor i pay to look at the records again
i think this is working a lot better for me than paying yearly

Hi Everyone had to be off for a few days and won't be on for about 3 wks got 2 sons in hosp. and both hubby and myself both waiting for appointments and trying to help DIL with new baby ...it never rains but it pours -- so not got much free time but will be back! <3

Thanks for the offer of helping me doing the painting Shelly, I'm not that far away from you hun, but the major job is done now, and I will take my time doing the kitchen, next week sounds good to me.
We have got Lilly tomorrow, I just hope it isn't raining so I can get her out and about, and wear her out a bit. She's got so much energy, I could do with a bucket full by the time she goes home.

O Mo if i lived nearer to you i would of came and help you paint and had it all done in
no time.

if i was to stop and have a cup of tea and biscuits after every wall my lot would think i was ill or some think :-)

but you take your time no rush it will get done in the end
and now you have made me look at my kitchen wall and i no thay need doing
think you have given me a push to do them as thay are a bit scuff with all the bike in and out
yep may do then next week end as saterday we have how fire work kids and grandkids over and i have work all next week

It's so good to hear from you Marilyn honey. You know what colour wig you should get don't you, blonde, the same as you have always been, it suits you being that shade. A blonde bob, oooeee, luvverly.
I hope Pete is wearing the nurses uniform I sent down the cyber hatch for him, bless him, he is a godsend isn't he love him.

I am cream crackered, over the last two days, we have painted the living room and dining room.
They are looking lovely and clean now, not that they were really dirty before, but a nice fresh coat of paint brightens things up no end.
The next room on the agenda is the kitchen, we have got the paint, but I think we need a couple of days to recouperate first.
It didn't take us so long to do when we were younger, and it didn't tire us out as much as it does now.
It was a question of paint a wall, have a cuppa and biscuit, then paint another wall, no wonder it took us so long with all the cuppas we had. lol

Gotta go now, speak to you soon.

i have lost all my waight im now 10 stone 1 pound iv lost 3-1/2 stone
but still need to get down to 9 stone

Just got out of hospital yesterday......popped on to see you all.

Yvonne so sorry to hear about hubby .....good to see he has had good treatment & care. bless him..

Pete......is doing his caring bit !!...spoiling me rotten.....he's in charge of all medication and boy I have the lot !! I think I'm now on 18 tablets a day plus mouth washes etc..
I am feeling better in my self ,but Chemo yesterday knocked me for six, as it does for the fist few days,back next Tuesday for another lot.
But it is nice being home especially my own bed & bath.


Pete ordered some lovely bandanna's .....one a Union Jack !! what was in his thinking ?......Going for a wig next week,not sure what colour or style yet ,,,,,best take Pete with me for choice.

I see some new babies have arrived .....Nolls your tree might need pruning soon :-D

Yvonne, so sorry to hear about your hubby. It's amazing what the specialists can do these days.
Hubby is bound to be bored, he's used to being active, and having to slow down takes a bit of time to accept.
It's surprising how we go into overdrive when things like this happen, and thank god we cope.

I used to like buying things from Mothercare, but they closed most of their stores locally, and I don't buy things on line, so I dip out.
In fact our local Ad*ms has closed down as well, so we are a bit limited for baby clothing shops.

Nolls, Lexi is quite a popular name, a girl in the class I look after at lunchtimes is called Lexi.

Well I 've had a bit of a week, My OH had a heart attack Tuesday morning, rushed to A &E and they sent him to Harefield where he had a stent put in one of his arteries. Came home Thursday. He hadn't been feeling well for a couple of weeks and had an appiontment to see the doctor on Tuesday afternoon. Now he's off work for 4 weeks and no driving till after the checkup at the end of November. He's bored already and it's only been 3 days!

Nolls, I rather like Lexi, think it must have derived from Alexandra to Alex to Lexi over the years. Neve I assume is from the Irish Nieve. Quite attractive and modern.
