Morning my friends,
had a very busy few days so not been able to get on laptop other than to check emails.
Middle daughter has flown the nest so we were busy helping her move and packing up stuff for the charity shop. She is house sharing with a friend, nice place they've got too, close to nature walk and the beach. I will miss her, the house will be far too quiet without her.
Only youngest daughter at home now. We have never had a spare room before, lol :-D I guess that means more decorating when we get back from our hols.

All packed and ready to go tomorrow, OH is cleaning the car in the rain :-S
Plenty to do when we get to Ireland as Mother in Law will be going into a nursing home when we leave. She has got very frail and had a few falls lately so it is for the best and we will know she has 24 hour care.

Hope everyone on friendly thread is well and Paulines back is on the mend.
Might get back on later but if not will be back on 27th.

Dull and raining here today. Yesterday was quite nice. Lady Stephen and I were at the boatyard and it was very pleasant.......and also very busy....folk going daft with paint and varnish getting the yachts all spick and span for the season :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

The family are away over the Easter period, a wee village on the coast near Elgin in Morayshire, we are joining with them on Thursday for a few days. Looking forward to that. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Off early today to give a chap a bit of advice on repairs to his property. It's a Grade 1 Listed Building so loads of restrictions on what he can do. Whatever he does will be closely monitored by Historic Scotland.

i havnt got much access for searching at mo!
but doing it for someone i work for, she,s helped me out a lot & like a second mum to me! i helped her alot when her husband was dieing!
ive seen her tree but she thinks i wont be able to find info on her grandfather!
i took photo of tombstone she,s got but not sure if i got surname right!
jus going to check!

Good morning all.

Been up since the crack of dawn, as usual. But just finished me chores. So it just the dinner to cook. Cooked the meat last night, so just the vegetables to do.

I intend to keep my strength up with a dose or two of chocolate eggs. I may even have a V and T with lunch, just to show there is no ill feeling.

Well done Marilyn, you and I keep the flax trade going just by ourselves.

Grand daughter & Grandson .....handed back last night, their parents went to Bristol shopping for furnisher for their new house.

So I am just going to have MY TIME for a change :-D

Its sunny here ....at the moment,so we might go for a nice stroll around the marina and see all these posh Hooray Henry's in their sailing rig out ,with no intention of sailing ....just sitting on their yachts partying instead...
