thay are moaning cos i wouldent let them put one on the scaffolding that we have up out side as im whating for some work to be done

Thrust Shelly to go one better with the Queen on her Avatar ..Ugh, but I do love to see us being Patriotic and when I see Union Jacks flying in Peoples houses I feel so proud to be British.
In USA their flag is flying in most buildings and houses all over the states and they are proud of their flag so we should do the same.

Got to take Step mother to the eye infirmary this afternoon, seems she wants me with her every time, I told her there are more than one in the family :-0 LOL

Thanks for all your good wishes for my celebration I did go out yesterday for a pub meal . hmm lovely.

Oh great news Marilyn, it's so good to hear something positive for a change.

Yvonne, Canada and Toronto, sounds great. Compared to my great yarmouth holiday, it sounds very grand, but I am sure you will both enjoy it love.
I sometimes wish that we had the courage to fly, but I do like my feet planted firmly on the ground ,coward that I am.

I sat in the garden this afternoon watching a Blackbird having a lovely bath, in our birdbath.
It looked so sweet, fluffing up it's feathers in between having six dips in the water, and having a good old scratch as well.

For goodness sake Hazel, havent they sorted out your money worries yet. I wonder how the powers that be, would cope if they had been in your shoes.
Do they expect you to live on fresh air or what.
Enjoy your break in Clacton with your sister.

I just hope they quicker to get money sorted then how long form got to them.

have been sorting out paperwork i want to take to show my sister Babs when i go over to her Saturday. We are going to Clacton for 5 days. on Monday She cant do alot as she has got a broke her foot where the toes start. Can drive for about an hour then has to stop. I have found how to get over to her by bus(she lies in Essex) At least i wont have to pay going that way.

Got my final clearance news today after 5yrs.......Cancer cured. :-D
They don't want to see me again........unless I have any other symptoms to be concerned about.

Hazel , I never post anything 1st class as I have noticed lately that the mail I have posted seems to get there 1st class anyway .. :-)

We've booked our holiday going to Canada for 2 weeks in August, Toronto and Quebec, rwally looking forward to it. We went to Toronto a couple of years ago on the way back from San Francisco but didn't have time for a proper look round.

Rita hope you are feeling better, how did your son get on at the hospital?

Hi all

Well just got a call from benefit office saying they have got my appeal form. only took 13 days, So i will not be using 1st class recorded delievery anymore. Wel i also sent one with sick note in it on the 15th so wonder when they get that one? Bloke said they will call me sometime next week. Hope i dont have to go to job centre as my sister is taking me away for the week.

The sun has come out at last got to jackets outside on clothes horse drying as want to take them.

Sun is shinning. Going to risk planting the tomatoes in the greenhouse as they are too big to keep moving indoors, hopefully we won't get any more frosts overnight down south.
Off to the drs dietician this morning. Haven't seen her for 2 months so hope she will be pleased with my small weight losses. At WW last night I lost another pound and a half. They are happy it is averaging out at 1lb a week.

I have made the tiny cardigan and a hat to match and started another hat last night.

Off to our daughters tonight for dinner so another busy day.

Mo I am pleased you had a good holiday sorry about the little one being unwell. might have been the sea air that did that. my grandchildren often felt unwell for a couple of days after coming to Norfolk. my son said it was the bracing air that did it and the mist from the sea.
where was the Caravan you rented was it in Haven ?or Hemsby ?

Maddie dont change you warm clothes for summer one yet not till may is out. lol
