Morning all
Sun is shinning. Forecast for the day is the warmest so far for a long time.

Managed to get some new pots and bedding plants yesterday, so the garden is looking prettier. More to put in the beds later today. Got the tomorite too, so tomatoes fed as they have fruit on them.

Finished another baby blanket yesterday. Started one for out grandsons cot last night.

Saw a Moose today with her babies.......but a bit scared of Black bears that are roaming in and around this lovely forest ..!!

Baby seems o.k, our son is still waiting to hear about his results, so it's all come to a stand still.

well my friends
I went to the bank and it is all sorted they were very nice and she said the trouble was my form had not reached the bank to cancel one and yet it went first class post. so I will now get a cheque back for the two months that the company took they and should not have done.

it was so hot I pushed my trolley along as I called into the Co-op on my way back to get a few things.I didnt have to wait long for the bus. when I got in I felt giddy spots before my eyes and my bcak acked so I went and laid on the bed. didnt go to sleep just needed to relax. then i heard the gardeners mowing the lawns.,
I got up after an hour and made a cup of tea.

It is such a loively day the sun is still shining and it is nice and warm. what a change it has made. but Wimbldon next week do it is bound to rain.

Morning everyone. the sun is out ?????? not sure for how long. I have to go out this morning to see the bank manager. found the money deducted from my account for flat maintence had been taken out four times instead of two so that is a large amount so have to get that sorted.

Sorry to hear about your back again Pauline. you are naughty knowing how you suffered then jumping the gun and tackling heavy jobs.,that is not good for your back.

Lovely bright morning here. The hills are crystal clear. Magic.

A packed Church yesterday for my friends funeral. He was held in high regard by all who knew him. Met loads of folk I hadn't seen for a long time.

It looks OK to start here. Hope it stays as son and his pregnant wife are camping from today for a week in Dorset. They need dry to put their huge tent up and back down again on Sunday.
Pauline the extra exercise could be helping, yes. Plus the new version of weight watchers plan seems to suit me. You can have anything in moderation , but do have to count in their way not just calories. But while I am loosing nearly a pound a week I am very happy and think I am learning what I can eat and quantities too. Sometimes I had cut down too much and not actually eating enough of the good foods.
Marilyn glad you are having a good time. Please let us all know what you think of this cruise, somewhere I would like to go too.
Hope Jean is OK as I see her on Facebook, not so worried.
Hazel things will pick up for you, you are being very strong and hopefully the services will get their act together soon.
Mo how is baby Lilly and J too.
Pauline so sorry to hear you'e hurt your back again. Don't we always overdo it when we've been out of action. But please be careful, we all miss you when you can't add.

I haven't been on for a couple of days because I hurt my back again, it was my own stupid fault............ tried to do some heavy jobs in the garden.

Linda, you've done great with your diet, do you think going to the gym is what made the difference?
