Mo I have one holiday a year one week normally. I was not too good this morning. I went and did some shopping and didnt feel too good when I got back . my back is troubling me, I went to bed at 2 this afternoon. and slept two hours. I felt alittle better when I got up. but not 100%

Tomorrow I have my warfarin blood test. that will be as far as I will go.
I am not a big one for heat it makes me ill always has, but I like the sun when there is a light breeze.

I dont think anyone has as many holidays as our Marilyn. I think Linda follows her.

anyway too late to wish you a good day.so I will say have a good night and hope tomorrow will be a good one for you.

I am making the most of y free week while Teri and Caitlin are away. Gt the weaer for camping havent they? Back on Friday so no moe peace for me.

Been t Hig Wycome over last 2 days. Off to London tomorrow oing to plant a rose for mum,got someone to come with me to plant it as cant get down to do it. Then off to AbneyPark to do some grave huntng

Shelly having the kids throw water at you, would have been great today, it has been sooo hot out there.
I went and did my daughters garden for her.this afternoon. She has got rheumatoid arthritus, and can't bend very well, plus she has got an upper respiratory tract infection, and the doctor is keeping a close eye on her, in case it turns into pneumonia.
Good grief it was stifling hot out there, I came in looking like a clown, with bright red cheeks, all I need is the nose and I could join the circus.
I kept my cotton blouse on, so that I didn't burn, but it was just me face that got it. lol couldn't cover that now could I, unless I wore a yash mac. hhmmm next time perhaps.
Hope you are all well, and slapping on the sunscreen.

Yeah, but its much better in Turkey and Cyprus than here, just because we are having a few days of nice weather means nothing, still the pits here.
