GR subs got renewed yesterday £7-95p just wondered why they have reduced the fee ??

I did complain about the Purple Error pages.......so I'm wondering if that's the reason .

Now, I wonder what colour the Error page will be now,with this new format ..

I just got home this afternoon....cant do any washing as its raining here .. :-S.

I have my sister staying with me as I bought her back down with me from Bideford Devon.

Morning all
Sunny so far. Washing done and on the line. Busy day ahead, lunch with a friend to celebrate his birthday(yesterday). Then another couple coming to stay overnight as we have an early start tomorrow for all day on the canal on a narrow boat near Tring in Hertfordshire.
Got all the nets washed dried and windows cleaned(thanks to hubby) and nets back up yesterday. Felt like a delayed spring clean.
If you do get away Stephen have a nice break.
Rita hope you are feeling a bit better lately.
Have the wretched labyrinthitus back again but tablets helping, need to go back to the Dr and get a referal for an ENT specialist, 4 times in a bit more than a year now and I keep on edge worrying when it will next rear it's head again.

Morning you can turn the lightness down if it affects your eyes. it suits mine as I have glucoma and is alot clearer. I have not looked at the tree for a while as I have not been that well. I only pop on for a quick hallo to all my friends. I have not been able to open the Emotions on here to get my little hearts and smiles as yet.

Cath he is lovely we had a charity in Norfolk for retired Greyhounds ran boot sales and he a stall on the market. for them. I helped when I could.

I broke a tooth in half yesterday and am having it out this morning :-( I am not good at the dentist and am breaking out in a cold sweat just thinking about it.

I see many members are unhappy with the new look, that coupled with the ongoing problems over the new tree is going to cost GR I think. I quite like the new look although it is very bright and could be toned down a little but I just cannot get on with the new tree.

Managed to get profile picture changed at last. Meet "Dylan" the latest addition to our household.

Oh my lord, this site is doing my head in. It's so bright, and no matter what I do, I can't seem to change it.

Shelly, whats the Power Olympics about then. Yep I know I am ignorant, but where are they being held, and what is the event.
Our future Daughter in laws cousin, is in the Paralympics. He has got cerebal palsy, and is playing football. It would be great to watch him playing. His family are coming down from Scotland to watch him.

Linda, is doing the knitting bearable with your Labrynthitus. You are always so busy with your needles these days.
I should get mine out again for my second great grandchild I suppose. But as the mum to be is not answering my calls, I don't know yet just how far gone she is, and how much time I have got left to make some cardigans, thats if she wants them of course. I am once bitten twice shy now I'm afarid.

Well I hope everyone is well, and that Marilyn is enjoying her break away, and that Maddie manages to adjust to this new looking site, as I know it's going to take me ages to.
It's like staring into sunlight all the time :-)

Morning all
The sun is shinning right now. Though it had obviouly rained in the night.
Went to see hubby's elderly uncle yesterday. He is 92 but now in a care home and looking very thin. Quite sad to see but not fully aware of what is going on around him either.
Still knitting. The shawl is 3/4 made but a baby shower is planned for 2nd September, so I need to get it finished eh? I still have wool for a blanket and need to get wool for a second sleeping bag too. Our daughter has also given me a pattern for a waistcoat for our grandson, so no giving it up just yet !!!
Will try to wash nets today if the sun continues and get hubby to clean windows for me as I am too dizzy to be climbing step-ladders.

Oh my goodness, very bright on here this morning :-0 A little too bright for my not quite open eyes.

Anyway, good morning friends, those of us that are left :-( We sure are dwindling lately.
Stephen and Maddie, I too will think twice before renewing my subs. GR must be losing members in droves as so many are unhappy with the way things are going on this site.

Dog is settling in well, few teething problems but I am hopeful that when he learns the house rules he will be just fine. He is very friendly, his tail hasn't stopped wagging since he arrived.

Going to work now :-(

Hi all

I have had Caitlin here since Friday night, She has gone home tonight to be with mum,then i am over to have her from Friday morning as Teri has her MRI scan at 8am Friday in London.I will be over there for weekend i think.

I like new look of site, but having bit of a problem seing the greenish writing, needs to be bit darker for my eyes.

I have also had child upstairs runing and shouting over the last week. Called police Friday night (i think it was that night) That didnt help stil went on to about 2am. Last night was bad as well. I have just banged up as was getting bad again. Looks like its gone quite, lets hope it stays like it.

Havent read and ones notes.

Dont like this new set up, dont like the new tree, no-one listens to the fee paying customer.

I have just renewed my Platinum subscription, dont think I will when it comes around again.
