Jean hope you OK. it is a worry what will happen next. My daughter is coming over from Lodon to takie me to Guildforf to the hospital on Tuesday.

Good news is my Granddaughter passed her exams and is going to Southampton University.she wants to teach.. My son was worried he didnt sleep the night before he said he knew how worried Becks was about her results..I saiod you have two other children who will go through the same thing.

well I must take my6 pills now.

Just popping in have been over looking after grand children, home for a few days then back over again.

Also go my son in hospital he has had a break down, Getting the help he needs. Hope to go and see him tomoro.

We've decided to remain at home until Saturday and then resume our holiday.

That will allow us to catch up on all the events that are on going just now.

In the last week there has been , two deaths , wedding anniversary , birthday and a funeral.......not bad going eh !

Morning everyone, hope life is being kind to you.

Rita, so very sorry that you are feeling poorly, it is important that you rest as much as possible to prepare for your chemo, it isn't easy waiting for news is it.

I am taking each day as it comes at the moment, see consultant again next week to decide which course of action to take.

Scarlett is keeping me on my toes, she is full of life and growing quickly, and into everything lol.

Best make a start on breakfast now, then off to see to horses.

I didnt feel up to going on line this morning I have been to bed this afternoon. sorry to hear of the sad news Sephen no one seems to get any good news.

I cancelled tomorrow hospital; I phoned and told them. I was not well enough to go. and that they could contact my GP. I also said I was on strong antibiotics., but they said next weeks is important as it is an accessment to start my chemo tablets. so I need a good check up.

I did have a lovely surprise in fact I cried (with happiness.) one of my contatcts in my family tree on my Dads side sent me three photo's he found . his Dad told him who they were. and he said I thought you might like them.
They are one of Southleigh as it was with Great Grandfathers thatched cottage.
another of Great Great GRandparents Eliza hat with flowers and Great Great Grandfather stand ing at the side with a beard. bless him.
The other was the wedding of Great Uncle Walter getting married he is in his PO uniform with medals across his chest and she is a beautiful bride.l.
I had no photo of the family. other than a small one of Grandfather. an d Dad and his brothers and sister. so I am very happy.

Hello my friends
I'm slowly getting ther but not here as much. Still taking the pills but dizziness easing.
The weather is horrid today. We have friends coming to dinner, BUT it won't be a BBQ. Hubby has done a lamb recipe he fancied. Mushrooms in garlic to start and a bought apple & blackberry pie. I will have fresh fruit instead. Gained half a pound this week !! No getting to the gym but I managed an hour yesterday.
Went to see my Mum on Monday and she is well. Settled in there, though she misses her own home of course.
Last night we babysat Sebastian and after his bottle he slept until his Mum came home.
I finished the shawl Mo. Took me 6 weeks with our cruise in the middle(no I didn't take it, too hot to knit !! ) I will take a photo if I can and send it to those who would like to see it. I am pleased. It is a lovely pattern. Just hope it becomes a family heirloom.

Hope Rita and Jean are doing OK and the rest of you take care.
Stephen sorry to hear of you losses, too soon one would say, so sad.

Hello Stevey......Glad you had a great time......we missed you :-(

Shelly my little man has been with me all the time on my account page, but when I try to put him in on my (thread name) it refuses him ......says invalid name !!
So in order to keep him I would have to copy & paste him every time I posted :-S

So I'll just bring him along now & again ...LOL

Its bleeding raining ......I have to go to the Eye Infirmary this morning with Pete....just a check up.
