Sponsored Run, my daughter and her friends and their children have raised, at this stage, nearly £3,500 for Brain Cancer Research. Donations are still coming in.
It was a great event with a fantastic atmosphere. The City Major came along and mixed with everyone, especially the children. MAGIC.
A very fitting tribute to their friend Jo who died from a Brain Tumour.
Jo's two children and her hubby joined in the race, her parents came to watch.

There is still love in this world <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Dark and miserable here. Very windy with some rain.

Hope it clears for the Sponsored Run my daughter and my grandchildren are doing at 9am. It's for Brain Cancer Research. My daughter and her four friends have raised over £3,000 at this point, with more donations coming in. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

They lost a very close friend just 42 years of age , she left two young children aged 6 and 8 . This run is dedicated to her.

RIP Jo.

Got more washing done and dried outside always a bonus.
Sorted a wardrobe out before my cousin comes so she has some space to store clothes.
More knitting.
Sat in the garden for a bit.

Lady Stephen and I had the afternoon out for a walk through a very historic village.
Culross , is in Fife. Really ancient buildings and loads of history. Castle and Abbey as well, not forgetting the Palace.

We dropped in for a coffee and lo and behold a Great Nephew and his wife were sitting there. Had a grand chat.. I had been chatting to him on the phone on Thursday....little did I know I'd bump into him today. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

I am now being subjected to pure torture.....half naked men and women prancing about a dance floor :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P

It's been windy here as well, Stephen, but not as bad as yesterday. We had quite a bit of sunshine this morning but it's cold again now.
