Had a lovely roast dinner at my sisters house last night ...Yum Yum. :-D


Liz have a great time on holiday........I bet you need that :-D

Now I'm going back into town today, what for may you ask ....well I did see a nice little top that I should have bought yesterday .....but didn't ;-)

I hope and pray for my sick friends, to get better soon.

My bruises are still there, turned yellow & a nice shade of grey . :-( I'll survive LOL

Well not read back far will do later when i have packed and sorted paperwork out that i need to take to Essex record centre as Babs is about an half an hour away y bus from there. So be going Thursday and Firday.

Marilyn, hope your finger heals soon and the bruises fade quickly, did you use arnica, I find that gets bruises out fast and eases the pain.

Hope Rita is ok and she has lots of support.

Huia, hope the move to the new shop goes well and your 'haircut' is a good 'un, looking forward to the pictures.

Well done Stephen to your family for raising the money, many charities are losing out now people can't afford to help as much so it's good to see such effort from your people.


I will be going away on Friday am till early October so might not have time to come on here much as lots to do to get things ready for the off. Looking forward to warm weather, the forecast in Crete is good, and it's warmer there at night than it is here during the day lol At last a chance to wear summery clothes.

Yes ! That's one of my bonnie wee lassies, my grandaughter Eilidh age 7.

We go away every May for a weekend, that weekend we were in Fife. Eilidh and her younger sister Darcey had a couple of hours on ponies. They loved it. :-) :-) :-)


It's nearly time to watch a bit of telly. I usually have an hour or so from 9pm........if there is something worth watching. And tonight there is.It's about a Scotsman who photographed the American Civil War. Looking forward to that.

Oh it's already starting to go dark here, I dont like the dark nights, cant spend as much time with my horses.

Am going to have a nice hot bath now, then go to bed with a book, think my age is catching up on me.

Had a good day at the County Show. On my feet for 7 hours hardly sat at all. Then twelve to feed in the evening too, lots of help from Hubby and our son helped with the BBQ. Everyone had plenty to eat and drink.
Our daughter in law hasn't had the baby yet. She went for a walk yesterday and had curried chicken for dinner, no change so far.
Our daughters friend had her 2nd baby yesterday a 9lb 10oz boy. Narural birth and she is tiny normally...................... ouch.

Out to lunch today with friends and our daughter and 3 littles included.

Congratulations to your family Stephen you must be proud.

Looks like a week of sunshine and showers here, suppose we should expect it now, though a few more weeks of summer would be nice.

Today was my last rostered day serving in the Hospice shop, although I might go in another day this week to help out if they are busy. Friday will be the last day for selling. On Saturday we are having a party in the shop.
