Morning All,

Blood pressure normal..... well I am on Antenanol but Doc wanted to put me on another higher dose .....I told the Doc I had white coat syndrome ....and I have !! LOL

So now I have to have a crown or bridge as my tooth had to come out due to biting on a olive stone....dentist made a temporary plate with ONE tooth on and its annoyed me ever since , I cant get on with it :-S

I have been cooking in between other threads this morning, my kitchen is smelling lovely with a lamb casserole on slow temp.

I have an appointment with the Docs this afternoon only for a chat about my blood pressure that I have not got ..LOL.... I had a 24hr monitor and its the results !!

Shampoo Warning
I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out sooner! I use shampoo in the shower.
when I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning,
"FOR EXTRA VOLUME AND BODY"
No wonder I have been gaining weight! Well, I got rid of that shampoo and
I am going to start showering with dish washing liquid instead because its label reads
"DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."


PROBLEM SOLVED
If I don't answer, I'll be in the shower! :-D

Hi everyone

I am back home from my sisters Moinay. Be over at Teris for the night looking after Caitlin, Then going to TNA at Kew from there then come home and sort case out do washing, then get it packed up again for the next holiday what Babs is taking me on in 2 wks, Had a great time with Babs weather was sunny and warm all week aprt from one morning we had rain.

Its the twins 1st birthday today. Cant beleive its come round so quick.


I have to find out all the info on the death of my brother Alfie as got a call from another brother(i have 7 brother and 2 sisters} telling me he phoned home my brother was in and they said he died 2 weeks ago and has already been cemated. His daughter who has done it and not told anyone. So dont know what day he died yet.

Well be back when back to normal if i do have a normal.

A Wee Chuckle for the day

An old man lived alone in Scotland.

He wanted to dig his potato garden, but it was very hard work.

His only son, Stephen, who used to help him, was in prison.

The old man wrote a letter to his son and described his predicament.

Dear Stephen:

I am feeling pretty bad because it looks like I won't be able to plant my potato garden this year. I'm just getting too old to be digging up a garden plot.
If you were here, all my troubles would be over. I know you would dig the plot for me.

Love, Dad

A few days later, he received a letter from his son.

Dear Dad:

For heaven's sake, Dad, don't dig up that garden. That's where I buried the BODIES.

At 4 a.m. the next morning, Special Branch Agents and local Police showed up and dug up the entire area without finding any bodies. They apologised to the old man and left.

That same day, the old man received another letter from his son.

Dear Dad:

Go ahead and plant the potatoes now. It's the best I could do under the circumstances.

Been shopping today for shoes, jumper, various bits and bobs, and DVD's. The West End was murder.

Stephen wrote me a note the other day, and he knows why I am not posting on a regular basis. But do not want the world and his wife to know the reason!

Who knows could be reading our little notes to each other??????

Dont mention your aches and pains Marilyn, Fluffypaws will be down on the next train. Stephen your little ones must be a source of pleasure to you.

I was gardening yesterday.......the farmer ploughed the field behind me and I wanted some good soil for my rockery patch....so Pete got his bucket & spade to get 5 buckets full of rich soil.

Just what I needed....so my primroses will be great next spring !!

Ouch !! my back is hurting and Pete's arm is aching .. :-S

But I did sleep well .

Its a really sunny day today ...I might just sit in the garden and view my rockery ,,LOL

Granddaughters class did a grand job of presenting a story of the Vikings. Loads of hard work to make a replica Longboat and Viking Costumes etc. Great. :-) :-) :-) :-)
